Not exactly an “Immediate download”… but still fast
The website said “Immediate download” but it apparently takes a few hours or even days to actually get the downloadable bond. Im not mad about it, but the language should be clearer to manage expectations properly. Otherwise it was seamless and effortless to procure the bond.

We'd like to clarify that your bond was actually issued and delivered the same day it was ordered. The reason it was not available instantly was because a name change was requested after the purchase was completed, which required us to manually update and reissue the bond before sending it to you.
We're glad to hear that, aside from this issue, the process was seamless and effortless.
