I got Surrey Heating Specialists to undertake a boiler service at a property in Stanwell Moor Village and also Penton Park. Paul was the engineer on both occasions and he was excellent. He explained how to do the settings, which I recorded as I can never remember how to set them up and change. There was no mess when he left, I can throughly recommend them as honest reliable and first class.

Always polite, timely and helpful. Very knowledgeable and leaves no mess.

Today had a boiler service and the engineer was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Was kept updated about appointment which always helps and engineer arrived as scheduled. Would highly recommend.

We have been on the 5star cover service for a few years now and can honestly say it's a bargain for the quality of service provided and the value in terms of ease of access to ryan and his team when required. The boiler is nearly 17yrs old now and still going strong with the regular check and maintenance included in the price.

Ryan and his team are the best guys I’ve ever come across.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Ryan and his team for 7 years and wouldn’t use anyone else now. I’d had 20 years of frustrating experiences with different companies and Ryan is an absolute treasure.
Having decided I needed a new boiler Ryan came to do a site survey as I wanted to change to a combi and to move the boiler’s location.
Ryan promptly provided quotes so that I could compare prices for the combi with the price for a direct replacement of my current boiler.
Having accepted the combi quote Ryan arranged installation for the following week.
The guys worked hard all day and I was left with a lovely new boiler

I recently moved and was recommended the company by a neighbour, for my annual boiler service. I did a few google searches and the company had great reviews.

It was very fast and simple to book the service. On the day I was kept updated on when the engineer was due and they had a live tracker too.

Fantastic service from Ryan and his team from start to finish.
We needed our old back boiler replaced and his team of friendly, polite highly skilled tradesmen removed the old boiler, loft tanks and cylinder and installed a new Worcester combi boiler. The work was challenging due to the necessary relocation of the new boiler, but Ryan's competent crew carried out the work brilliantly, and the job was completed after 6 hours! The whole team worked very efficiently and in unisen. Evey detail had been planed and all necessary materials and equipment was ready.
All the rubbish was removed with no fuss or bother.
Everything about the new boiler system was explained fully before the engineers left.
We are delighted with fantastic all round service and expertise from Surrey Heating Specialists and would highly recommend them to anyone.
