Been dealing with Surrey Heating for quite a few years now and have only had pleasant experiences without them. They're very open, honest and trustworthy. And reasonably priced. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Our boiler died and we were without hot water or heating . Ryan quickly arranged for Anthony to come and fit a new boiler which was achieved within 5 hours . Unfortunately there was a problem with the external plumbing , Ryan arranged for Richard and Anthony to attend to this the next day and the job was promptly completed . Job well done .

Efficient and timely boiler service by a pleasant and helpful engineer.

Ryan visited promptly and inspired confidence with his knowledge and recommendations and his estimate was received within the hour. Our very old Potterton boiler was efficiently replaced the next day by the cheerful and friendly Anthony and his colleague Mark installed the thermostatic radiator valves. The whole work was completed in under six hours and Anthony left everything clean with all rubbish removed. Highly recommended.

Called Surrey Heating when I found a leaking radiator pipe. After an initial check we booked in for the next day. Anthony arrived in good time, was polite and explained the problem clearly. The job was completed on the first visit and with very little mess. The price was reasonable considering the speed from the first contact to the completion of the job. I would recommend Surrey Heating as a good and reliable service.

Very efficient and reliable, highly recommended! My boiler wasn’t working properly because of the losing part. Paul came fast after we reported, and solved the problem very professionally. He also checked the water pressure, pump, and all other parts. He helped me reset the meter and give the useful suggestions. Great service!!

Had my yearly boiler service. Very pleased with the service provided . Ryan turned up at the appointed time and completed the task quickly and completed all the necessary documentation required to satisfy the guarantee. He also looked at other parts of my central heating system giving me some idea of the cost to replace some of the parts if a breakdown occurred. Very useful for me to assess whether to take out a service contract. Very good experience with Ryan and with the advice provided. Will continue to be the first call if i develop any heating problems in the future,

I reported a problem with my boiler late afternoon and an engineer attended early the following day. I was contacted by the engineer when he was on his way and again when he was 11 minutes away. Paul, the engineer, was able to locate the problem within ten minutes of his arrival and carried out the work needed to rectify the fault. Paul was very friendly and efficient and I would have no hesitation in using this company again and I would certainly recommend them to others. Absolutely brilliant! Our (very old) boiler completely broke and we were left without heating and hot water. The moment we got in touch, the team went above and beyond on help. Quoting and updating and keeping in touch well past closing time and arranging for a new boiler the be fitted the following day. The quote was very reasonable and the service excellent. Anthony arrived the following day right on time, clean, tidy, helpful, friendly and thorough. Honestly the whole experience was brilliant - fast, fair pricing, reliable.
