I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The item I received was nothing like what was shown on the website. The material felt very cheap and it arrived without any tags or clear sizing information. After reviewing their return policy, I submitted a return request and fully complied with all instructions. Their team followed up with several questions, which I answered thoroughly, even providing details about the packaging that listed two different sizes. Despite this, they were unable to give me a clear or accurate answer regarding the item’s actual size. Instead of resolving the issue appropriately, I was offered only a 50% store credit. This does not reflect acceptable customer service, especially given that the product was not as described. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Their site is a sham. They appear to be in China, yet they have a Wyoming phone number on site, imply they're from South Carolina on Instagram and they state they will give full refund which is NOT TRUE. Tried to get me to take something else from their site for 50%off. Given the horrible quality of what they sent me I think at 50% off it's still more than their cost. I am suspicious about the good reviews here.
I reported them to Shopify. Asking for credit from my bank.

Shoes I ordered were super cheap! Worse than WalMart. And then they wouldn't return and kept offering replacement from anything on their website for same price. There was hardly anything at the price I spent. Finally offered me refund if I paid the shipping back to China. Cheap crap! Stay far far away!!!!!!

I bought a dress and did not like it. i asked how to refund to original form of payment. I have gone back and forth on email with customer service for over a week and finally disputed the charge on my credit card. If you ever need or want credit for something you buy from them DO NOT PURCHASE IT. They will try every way possible including running your patience thin to get you to accept 100% store credit.

Cheapest shoes I have ever seen! False advertisement. They say 30 day money back guarantee but they will only do store credit if you pay to send the items back. They also advertise them the shoes as they orthopedic and they were completely flat and super flimsy. It looks like somebody sewed them up quickly. No tags or sizes on them at all. $50 totally wasted.

DO NOT USE SUSAN SMITH NC! They are a scam. Product took a whole week before they shipped it, the e-mail they have listed on order confirmation doesn’t work, so it’s hard to get ahold of anyone. The product was very cheap. It’s supposed to be a faux-leather jacket, but it looks like im wearing a garbage bag, the material is so cheap and shiny. I’m still trying to return the product and they have been giving me the run around. They’ve requested I send pictures two different times, offered various store credit options, and still told me they wouldn’t refund me, even when I’ve sent everything they requested and I keep insisting on returning the product. They ship their garbage products from China. Total sham. Do not use.

Don't order from them! They can not be reached at all for returns! Their phone number is not legit And all emails are returned demon mail. They are a scam. Not a real business however you can order and they will take your money. They got me for $50.00.

I ordered two pairs of Chino joggers for $100. What I received were two pair of Chino joggers, that did not color match the ad, and they had the quality of what you had find at a street vendor in China.

They came with no tags, no brand name, and wrapped in a cheap plastic bag. This company is just ordering super cheap clothing from Vietnam or Bangladesh and increasing the price 10 X.

The return process has been a nightmare as well. They want me to take high resolution photos of the items, give a description as to why I don’t like them, etc. Just give me my money back! What a scam.

I ordered a "linen" shirt and rcvd a cheap polyester shirt from China with bad stitching. The phone number on the website doesn't work and I haven't any response after emailing them.

Do not buy anything from this company. Ordered a sweater and received it. It had no tags and no brand name. Per there website you can return easily. But they won't let me return it. I called the number which turns out is a New York number and it rings once and goes dead. They said I could get store credit and send me an address in China. Scam company trust me.

The clothing at this shop is cheap poor quality. Images are AI generated to give the impression of high quality fabrics but upon receiving them, they are thin and not worth the price

The item arrived on time and looked exactly as pictured which I really appreciated. The only letdown was the fit; it was slightly different from what I expected based on the size chart. That said, customer service was responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions. A solid 3-star experience.

I bought the belted long coat last month. fabric repels light rain. The sizing chart is accurate & it layers comfortably over my thick winter sweaters.

After contacting support, they responded quickly and offered a solution, which I appreciated. I hope they maintain consistency across all products.

The Nina Double-Breasted Trench Coat fits well. Khaki color matches the pictures. The material is thick enough for chilly weather. Deep pockets hold my keys perfectly.

Got the Kristen bomber in black. It's comfy for daily wear & the zipper doesn't snag like others I have tried. Definitely worth the sale price I paid
