Sutton Dental & Medical Clinic Avis 

Had my first visit for some time to dentists and the team including Debbie and Dr Sonya made me feel at ease and gave me lots of advice to help me improve my dental hygiene routines. Saturday appointments available helped as well due to work commitments.

I have been visiting Dr Sonya and Debbie for years and would not consider going elsewhere. From the moment I arrived I received a warm welcome from the reception staff before being seen promptly by Debbie who put me at ease, (being a nervous patient). Hygiene work was carried out in a friendly and professional manner and maintenance advice was given.
My routine check-up was then carried out by Dr Sonya in a very caring and professional manner. Sonya always makes me feel valued as a both as patient and as a person.
The new premises are modern, clean and stylish.

From the moment I walked into the practice I was welcomed warmly, the staff were lovely and helpful. I would never see anyone else other than Debbie for my hygiene! She is friendly and explains everything thoroughly in every appointment, and always makes me comfortable.

The service and professional standards being offered at this practice are, quite frankly, second to none. I have been a patient of Dr. Sonya McCann for several years. She is an outstanding Dental Surgeon. Her premises are immaculate with the latest equipment. I have been a patient of Sonya for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Takes the best care of my teeth and always provides very good advice for cleaning and maintenance. Sonya also looks after my wife and children and several more of my close family.
I also visit Debbie for hygienist services, and once again takes great care. With the new techniques and state of the art equipment at the clinic, it is a quick and painless visit.
There is a real personable feel about the clinic as all the staff make an extra effort to make you feel valued.
The reception staff are always very friendly and make sure you are welcomed and taken care of whilst waiting for your appointments.
The clinic looks immaculate and always looks very clean.

The practise is very well organised, and the receptionists are always friendly and efficient. The hygienist, Debbie, I have been with for a few years. She is amazing and really takes her time with my teeth. Very informative and explains her methods.

This is an extremely professional practice from the moment you step through the door. The decor is clinical, modern but not screaming corporate! The greeting from reception is friendly and efficient, plus a hot coffee is always welcome. Debbie, the hygienist is really informative and has an excellent manner. She explains what she is doing and the methods she used were painless and really effective. I trusted her implicitly. Sonya, the lead dentist, explained the treatment plan in a very clear and logical manner. Once again, I felt I was in the hands of caring professionals. This is an excellent practice!

Everyone was helpful, they answered my questions and the hygienist she was amazing took her time and my teeth felt like new, very attentive.

I have been visiting Debbie for a quite few years together with my son. She is very professional, understanding, very good and kind. She is always ready to help,and always gives a useful advice. She will make sure that you get the best service with her. The place is very clean and atmosphere is very calming.

The hygienist here is first class. Warm and welcoming, makes you feel really comfortable, always explains exactly what she is doing and what to expect. Never had a bad experience and would not hesitate to recommend. Even my kids enjoy their appointments!!

I’ve been seeing Debbie for a few years now and she is always kind, understanding, and full of helpful advice. My children have also recently started seeing her, and she explains everything in a way they can follow, encouraging them to build better dental habits without ever being judgmental.

The Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) treatment Debbie uses is excellent — it’s much more effective yet far gentler than traditional cleaning methods. Our teeth always look and feel brighter afterwards, without any of the pain or awkwardness we’ve experienced in the past.

Debbie combines professionalism with a genuinely caring approach, and we feel very fortunate to have her as our hygienist.

Historically I have had a strong aversion to dental hygienist . A particularly unpleasant experience led me to change to Sutton Dental & Medical Centre. It seems my previous fears were unfounded as Debbie is calm, professional and friendly and I can honestly say, has restored my faith in hygienists. She is thorough and efficient and reassuringly honest about what needs to be done and gently advises you of your part in that . How glad I am to have found her .

I had a crown fitted by Sonya and I can honestly say it was the most seamless and painless dental treatment I have ever experienced. A brilliant service from start to finish, Sonya was so caring and delicate which was very comforting.
