Saw the pair of running shoes I wanted online and ordered. Initially I had problems with the payment (my bank’s problem, not Sutton Runners) but everything went through fine in the end. Running shoes received in good time.

Speediest service ever!
I ordered a pair of shoes, which as they unfortunately did not fit, I had to return. However, I was impressed both by the good price, and the service I experienced, and would definitely order again from this company. My shoes were dispatched in record time following my order, and my refund was also processed immediately, which was very much appreciated.

I made a visit to Sutton Runner just over a year ago and was impressed by the knowledge of the proprietor.
Recently, instead of visiting the store, I purchased a pair of running shoes online from Sutton Runner. The delivery was quick and prompt.

Could not have been more helpful. Answered questions promptly and accurately and quickly: so happy to have got an actual human rather than an oh so dumb 'BOT' or 3rd party sales agent who did not know the product, both simply and frustratingly waste time !! Dispatched shoes equally promptly via an efficient delivery company! Only wish they had the same product (now out of production) in the other original colour (they were not advertising it) because I would order that too :)
