I was in a bind when another vendor had fallen through. I reached out to Swag Box, and they were able to get exactly what I needed for more affordable and faster. Chloe Dylla and Lisa Sheeran took such good care of me and the order. Even though we were rushed, the team took the time to make sure the logo and the writing was perfect. Thank you! Great customer service, came back to my queries immediately, super helpful and further personalise the products, swift delivery as agreed and great products! Very happy with them. We ordered 500 boxes for a rebrand and I would definitely order there again.

In all my years of work with companies that create corporate swag I have never worked with such an amazing one! Their prices are competitive and they are incredibly efficient and quick. The best experience ever! Unfortunately, which has really nothing to do with swag, hence why I haven’t applied to negative rating to them was the shipment part. Since Brexit we have to go through customs and that just added an extra week to the whole process which was unfortunate considering the incredibly journey prior to this point. I would recommend SWAG Box to anyone
