I purchased a SwanScout 708S Portable Charging station in March 2025 it stopped working, and within a week they had a new one to me and all working well. Thanks for you fast resolution of this fault.

First class service, my device develop an issue, which was resolved very quick by Dylan, I don't have any issues in recommending their products and I will be buying again.
Do not buy
Do not buy. Product didn’t even charge. Customer service is AI. Useless.
They just ask the same question over and over to send videos of this and pictures of that. If the unit does not take a charge, and I’ve shown them a video as requested of this, they then ask for videos of
My iPods- over and over, totally irrelevant. Will send a video of my Aunty Marjorie knitting to see if that helps.

Worst customer service ever.
Similar to another person who wrote a review, this product was sent to me and didn’t work for the AirPod charging. I was asked for multiple photos and videos of my charger, block etc. after 10 back and forths they finally sent a new one. Again, the AirPods didn’t charge. After another round of videos and emails they tell me my AirPods are compatible. However it clearly says AirPods Pro 2 and 3 are compatible on several sites. Worst service ever. Do not purchase this charger!!
I bought this product in good faith for…
I bought this product in good faith for my wife. She plugged it in and saw that the ear buds did not charge. I have asked to exchange or return the product for one that works correctly. They denied my request and then asked me to make a vidio of the product, which I did. Then they asked me to take a picture of the adapter and tell them what model ear buds I had, which I did. They keep denying my return and now they are telling me that I need a different adapter, which was never discussed when I made the purchase. This is the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced because it isn not an expensive product however you would expect the vendor to want to do right by the customer. I did nothing wrong here, rather I did all I was asked and I just want to return the priduct because it is not functioning the way it is supposed to. They offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee but now its taken more than 30 days probably to go back and forth with this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO RISK IT NO FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY and THEM asking for videos and all sorts of other things which were not factored into the money back guarantee. I am so discgusted with this. I run a very large company and when a customer is not satisfied with our product or work we make good because thats how good businesses run.

The function of dimming the clock however needs a review, since even the lowest light-level is to bright in the middle of the night. Somebody should actually test the levels at home for a few days. The best solution would probably be to have stepless touch button dimmer.
Cheaply made junk...don't buy.
Cheaply made, slow charging and overheats watch. They also refuse returns.

I received my order when I plugged it in there was NO time display. tried numerous times to return the unit and nothing but a run around. I finally contacted my credit and disputed the transaction. do not purchase anything from this company.

I googled for Apple compatible chargers…
I googled for Apple compatible chargers and this company came up. I followed the link to Apple compatible products on their page and assumed that the ones on that page were. But they were not. I ordered one that would not charge my watch or my ear buds. This company didn’t care. The fact that they advertised it as compatible when it was not is disgraceful.

Dreadful service. My purchase was not delivered but because the swiship tracking says it was there not interested in my missing parcel.
I asked them to contact their logistics company but was told no, they wouldn't.
