It works and looks reliable. Service provides documents/contracts in different languages in case if you want to explain funds origin. The transfer arrives from a local company as a payment for the escrow contract - very transparent. Conversion rate is the central bank official rate, which is good for both sides.

Transfer takes 3-8 calendar days if you chose Quick Transfer from the available offers. During this period you don't have your money, but since you accepted the transfer conditions the conversion rate is fixed and you know how much you will receive.

Unfortunately service fee has no cap. Mentioned 3% fee additionally taxed with 21% VAT for transfers EUR-RUB. On larger amounts the fees become quite notable, while amounts less than €1000 are less viable as min fee is €30. Suggestion is to consider making the fee flexible.

Overall a good company, took a while to get used to the process, good communication between ourselves and the support.
