The quality of wool is excellent and service excellent. I purchase the scarf wool purple which is a must have in wardrobe. Very versatile, you can unbutton and give you a shall or you can use attach a make a loop.
The colour is amazing and go along with many things. Thank to produce quality of wool products online.

I finally received the cardigan, I’m still unhappy about their after sales though. I had to enquire about confirmation email of sale and delivery all the way. I was told there was a problem with their emails as I never received any even after complaining from day one . I only got a reply saying they had sent emails out which I never received ,onlyafter contacting them on Facebook and putting a review on Trust Pilot did I get a reply to various email I sent and no replies to five phone calls. I really think they need to step up their after sales. They did enclose a pair of free socks in with their parcel as an apology. But to be honest I only need good service to begin with. To be fair I am very happy with the quality of the cardigan but I don’t think I will be shopping with them in the near future,.

The Sweater Shop provided an excellent service!
The process didn't start smoothly, I contacted the customer email address as the item had been slightly delayed, they responded immediately. A pair of woollen socks was provided as recompense. The jumper arrived and its better quality than I expected. I will defiantly recommend the Sweater Shop to friends and family!..:-)

Tracking number was not updated and just going in a loop. Never received the sweater. Still trying to get answers. Company seems to avoid solving the problem.

Great customer service, fast delivery, sizes right on, the perfect colors and smell of merino wool, can't ask for any better. We are very happy with our sweaters, the one button lilac merino wool patchwork sweater for women and the army green half zip for men. My husband and I are both delighted. Great thanks to customer service!

It took 2 weeks to arrive after paying £9 postage and supposed to be delivered within 3-7 days. Unable to track with an- post. A bit disappointed with the quality and feel considering its 100% wool. Looks cheap. Not worth the money.

Custimer Care were such a pleasure to deal with and talk to. Paul from the Dublin branch was so helpful with a jumper I ordered.
It was a bit too small.

I bought two sweaters on 15 th november. After almost one month the sweaters they hadn´t arrive. I wrote to the Sweater Shop and they told me on 1st December that there had been a delay and that my order would be dispatched that day.

After ten days, I received the sweaters. They gave me a pair of socks in addition.

The sweaters are made of a very good wool. They are cool!!!
