I can't believe this site just scammed folks like that. You know yall are reading all these comments. You don't know what those people and I needed the winnings for. If your company is broke you should inform costumers and not mislead us thinking you are coming back. Yeah yall coming back just under another name. I have been waiting for a month or so for my winnings. I need my money i paid to win and I did just that.

I paid for a service and they haven't paid me what I earned.

I haven't been paid after two months. I bought a coin package and subsequently earned $300. Since then, I've been waiting for my refund, and after two months, I still haven't received my payment. I've sent multiple emails to support and only receive automated replies with ticket numbers, without any real solutions or follow-up. I'm concerned about the lack of communication and the non-payment. I just want to receive the money I legitimately earned. I hope you can resolve this situation as soon as possible; Otherwise, I will file a claim with my bank and report the case to the appropriate authorities, it should be noted that on other occasions I was able to redeem without problems, I really don't know what would have happened on this occasion.

I have been waiting for my two redemptions since Feb 24 2026 the site has been down and I've emailed support with no response this really use to be a good site but not anymore

Unpaid Redemption

I have been waiting on a pending redemption from sweepluxe since Feb 24, 2026 (its now March 16th, 2026) My redemption was approved a couple days after I put it in and they said 3 business days for payout but I never received anything. I cant reach out to them via live chat as their website is down temporarily for them to update supposedly. I emailed support and no one ever sent any kind of response. This is BY FAR the worst redemption process I've personally ever dealt with. I literally cant even get any answers or clarification at all.

Had high hopes for SweepLuxe but the support is just too slow. I’ve been waiting over 4 days for a response regarding my account verification. The games are decent, but if you can't get a simple question answered in a reasonable time, it's hard to stay. 2 stars for the game variety, but the service needs a lot of work.

Scamming P.O.S.

Scamming P.O.S. company. I reached Peridot in their "VIP" 🙄 program back in December. My daily rewards never increased as their website says. They claimed to put a ticket in and I'd receive an email..3 months and sporadic check ins and no email. The last time I checked in on the ticket the chat person said there is no discrepancy in your daily rewards and that's final on the topic. Of course, I called him out and told him he can go to the VIP page and clearly see it says the daily is one amount and my daily is less and with the money I spend I am not going to accept him gaslighting me. Of course, he then replies he'll submit another ticket.... ALSO, IT CLEAR AS FREAKING DAY SAYS WHEN YOU UPGRADE LEVELS YOU'D RECEIVE A LEVEL UP BONUS AND EACH IS HIGHER THAN THE LAST. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE GASLIT ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN ABOUT THAT. NOW THEY ARE CONVENIENTLY DOWN???!! IM FILING ARBITRATION AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND GOING TO MY BANK TO DISPUTE ALL CHARGES!

I’ve been waiting since 2/1/2026 for a redemption of $4000.00. I’ve been told every week that the payment processor is down and that’s what is causing the delay. This is ridiculous. No one responds to emails sent. No one responds in the chat and now the website is down completely “for maintenance and updates”. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

I redeemed a prize of 179$ they said they were about to process it, then the site went down and now there’s no response from support. It’s been almost 2 weeks. This has happened before and it means I will never be paid out. Avoid this site at all costs!

Redemption is unreliable.

I’ve been trying for 3 weeks now to receive a $1000 redemption. The site is down for maintenance and the support team is very noncommittal to responding to ticket inquiries. I used to spend a good amount of money on the site, but now I’m not so sure. What’s crazy is I’m a sapphire tier loyalty member and I can’t even get a simple email response.

Redemption issues are extremely disappointing.

I have been waiting a month to be paid now. First it was technical issues, then I re-verified the card to send payment. Customer support said they received all my documentation but cannot provide any updates week after week when I ask and have stopped responding to me. I have remained polite and cooperative throughout the process, but this is stressful and frustrating.

I enjoyed the games and promos and really wanted to like Sweepluxe, but now
I cannot recommend them to anyone due to poor communication and slow, unreliable payment processing.

I will update my review once I receive my redemption.

I sent them multiple pictures so I could get my money,,the computer won't take the pictures,so they should do them manually,but they won't,,I told them just pay me on my chime like u did the first time,the said it has to be the card I use to purchase coins,,which is my girl card,well I used my chime before to,,but they made us take multiple pictures,but they can't see any of they,I know they can manually do,,but they blocked me off the site an kept my money,,I advise,never play on this site,they will steal your money

The whole redemption has been a mess. I have been waiting over a week for my redemption to process and every time I ask for an update it’s the same response. They also take long to respond via email. Customer service needs to do better.

False advertisement on Redemption turnover times. SCAM

**Update**
Upon readingthe response from the Sweep Lux support team, I emailed them to the email address that THEY provided below, and I have still not received a response from anyone. I also have still NOT received my redemption that I submitted February 13th, which means I have now been waiting OVER a month. So again, I highly advise everyone NOT to use this website in hopes to win any money! They have great customer service until it comes time for them to pay!.. and as you can see in their response below, they act as if they care and will work hard to correct their mistakes, but 2 weeks later, and nothing has still been done to address my complaint.

I have spent a lot of money with this website. However, the first time I try to redeem my winnings, $600, customer service stopped responding as quickly as they used to, and I have continuously been given the run around about receiving my redemption. I submitted it on February 13th and have still not been paid. I would not recommend use of thos website because they mislead their customers and say that their redemption time is only 1-3 business days. So, if you do not want to be lied to, after putting so much money into this business, then I woukd definitely recommend not using this website!

Exit Scam - Cancelled redemptions / give you the run around

Update: They responded to my other review with lies, they did not send my $2000 redemption (or my $210 one either). They actually have now removed SC from my account as well. This is a typical exit scam where they process your first redemption to gain trust (back in october) and lead you on anytime after that. I have been trying to redeem weekly since December 2025, they will just cancel and send it back every time. Too late to do a chargeback, so I believe I will be starting a class action lawsuit, please reach out to me if you've been scammed by sweepluxe and would like to be apart of it.

I'm currently going through the hoops right now of trying to withdraw my money redeem it however you want to put it and it's been two days now and they're still asking me for a picture of this or a picture of that I've submitted everything they wanted me to submit and I'm still waiting to get paid. In short this review is to be continued I don't want to be waiting months for my money like I'm reading on some of these other reviews I've submitted everything I needed to submit they should have paid me by now
