I ordered 2 keychains on May 12th its August 27th and still haven't received them. I have wrote several emails and only once got something back saying that it's on it's way but when I look at the tracking it has said that it was returned. So I got scammed I will never ordered from this website ever again

Bought two of their products. Waited 3 months continually checking shipping status. Then on 7/21/2020, said that it could not be delivered to my address here in CA. and returned to sender. Now when I try to email service, web page gone. What a SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY CHINESE COMPANY!!!

I ordered one lighter from this company back here in May. Up until now I still haven't received my package nor even a UPDATE... This is FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!! I just want my money back ASAP.....

I would give them less than 1 star if it was available. They ripped me off and when I sent an email, it was sent back to me saying no such email address. I ordered two flint lighters and they sent me one flint lighter and some cheap exercise thingy (which I could buy better than that at the dollar store). I want my flint that I paid for, or my money back. How do I get it???

Sweetair shop is a scam. I ordered 2 keychains in April.....its July and i still dont have it. Tried searching their website and nothing pops up.

This website is a scam. I placed an order for these lighter/match things on March 28 2020 and never received anything. Now their site is taken down....Never make purchases from Facebook advertisements. Companies you've never heard of put up ads for a few months to get people to place orders, then disappear. It's happened to me twice now.

Update. I finally received my lighters!!! Only took 3 mths but hey. They were not what I was expecting but are ok once you figure them out. I to feel it was a scan but I think they just ran into problems with all that's going on. So I assume at some point everyone will receive there's guess they just have to get ppl back to working. Good luck everyone.

Complete SCAMMERS. Ordered a lighter nearly 4 months ago, no response from them at all and now the website is taken down. Do not be tempted by them or any other website offering that product from China. THIEVING SCUM!

Horrible. Never received my order and website doesn’t work. Was waiting on it for a birthday present. So very disappointed.

Ordered a lighter online at the end of March. It did not arrive for months. I repeatedly requested a refund through PayPal and nobody would respond to my emails for days and days, and then would say that they couldn't cancel my order, even though it hadn't shipped yet. I requested a refund a total of 5 times and never got one. The item finally shipped, and still took almost 2 months from the date of shipping to get to me. It arrived yesterday, and does not work. The website does not work to submit a review or a complaint. I will once again be submitting a review via PayPal - hopefully I'll get a satisfactory response this time!

I ordered a lighter from Sweetair on 3/29/2020. Today 6/27/2020 I have yet to receive it. When I tried contact the Company their website is no longer active. Of course, they have my money.

I am having the same trouble with this company. I placed my order on 3/31/20 and still have not received my order. I emailed them and finally heard back, but same old crap ( it is on its way). I even paid the extra shipping. I finally had it and asked for my money back and they said they could not refund my money because my order was “ on its way”. I waited a few more weeks and emailed them again and demanded my money back, but no response yet and I think the website it down now. Horrible customer service!!!!

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I ordered back in April, still havent received anything in June. I got an email saying they are backed up due to Covid. I demanded a refund, and I got one. Oh I got one for THREE FREAKING DOLLARS. Worst company with the worst customer service.

Paid extra for 3 day delivery. Still haven't got my item. It has been a month and they do not reply to any emails. There is no other contact method.

Seriously the WORST!! Been 3 months no response to ANY email! I was even dumb enough to pay extra for 3 day shipping. Here I am 3 months later with nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
