SweetyBijou Tools Avis

Love the service shipment came quickly. Just sucks with the tariffs there was an increase in shipping of the sort so got a small order in before but wish I would have gotten a larger order. Great great great quality products.

I just love when my order comes in the mail counting the days when it’ll be here everything is so those cutters are just nice and sharpen. They don’t stick to the cutter and I don’t know products are the best that’s for sure.

Can’t wait to see what I can do with this!

Timely delivery great product

She has lots of clay tools and cutters. Very well made, sturdy. She nice to deal with. Always coming out with new and unique videos. I always recommend her shop.

Great tools for polymer clay artists. Customer service is always top notch.

I absolutely love the products as they are so well made. Love sharing them with my class

Every time I order from Sweety Bijou your site is easy to navigate and your delivery is within a week. I love it when you have discounts because this allows me to purchase which I wouldn't be okay doing otherwise. Your selection is outstanding and I love your videos. You are incredibly creative and unique . If I could I would purchase just about everything on your site. Your cutters are beautifully sharp and you have so many options. I think the only suggestion I have is on your site when you show a cutter, texture or stencil is to show a finished piece you have created having used that tool. You have lots of views of almost the same thing but not usually a finished result using that tool which I would find very helpful in making a decision to buy. Thank you so much for all your work and genius in creating such amazing tools for us.

My order came quickly with no problems

It is a pleasure to use my Sweety Bijou tools. Strong, sharp, excitingly creative. Excellent postage service to Australia too. A pleasure to engage with.

I know I can order with confidence from there as everything I've received has been great quality and exactly what I wanted.

Love the products and they always arrive in a very timely manner. I’ve only had 1 product that wasn’t there best quality out of the numerous pieces I’ve purchased.

My only complaint is that what I want to buy is unavailable by the time there is a sale. Tha website is fine. You could show more pictures of the items in use. Sometimes it's just a lot of pictures showing the item.

Browsing the page and finding items with ideas popping into my mind was fantastic. Getting the products and seeing my creation come to life is so exciting. I will be ordering more soon!

I am consistently over the top pleased with the products from Sweety Bijou! I have a 3D printer, but I can’t top the quality or the price of items I buy from Ludmilla. The products are amazing quality and so many things I buy come with a case to protect them. Even with import fees, it is hands down worth purchasing these products.

The SB tools I’ve ordered have made a big difference in exploring new clay projects. I’ve bought both ring mandrels & cutters, & I really like how the mandrels are bakeable & the cutters are wonderfully sharp! I now consider myself a big fan & be a returning customer to SB because the quality & innovation definitely expand my clay possibilities. Thank you so much!

I have always had 100% positive experiences with SweetyBijou. The tools are first rate, communication and customer service is also the best. I will continue to buy, knowing my purchases are top quality in every way.
