Swellspro plash drone 3 plus from China
Swellspro plash drone 3 plus from China landed by itself in the ocean then the controller went blank. I lost the drone. Emailed them they claimed that their drones are defective free. For whatever reasons, they suppose to land where they took off. I hope my experience will be helpful to others that are thinking about buying their drones.

Swellpro Spry is Junk
As stated in the other review, Stay away from the Spry.
It is utter crap if you have flown any other drones you will understand. It does not maintain altitude or position and requires constant input to keep it from crashing. The lens in both the controller and camera fog up constantly to the point where you cannot see where the drone is going.
It will on occasion fly off with no input from the controller..... Whilst throttling down on the ground it will shoot up into the air and veer of dangerously.
And if you are really lucky like me it will become completely un-responsive whilst in the air and fly away with the wind!
This wouldn't be so bad if the company stood by there product, but they deny there is any issues with them and blame the operator. Along with the retailer here in Australia DWAAOZ who has denied all responsibility of selling a faulty product.

My experience with swellpro
Bought from store.swellpro.com, 1 year worked excellent without any problem. Then got a replacement part from Urban Drone in 3 days, follow up calls from Carlo himself. My learning curve has been a long time as I was never a gamer so many light crashes but I have this down now. The best customer service ever! I'm saving up for a Spry ( a lot smaller) as I also fly from our sailboat & dingy. Cheers, love my drone.

I finally found a completely waterproof…
I finally found a completely waterproof fishing drone. I own the Splash 3 Plus, It is a large drone, it can handle well the wind, tested with 20mph wind without a problem. You can also “land” in the pool. You need to make sure that everything is sealed and no plug is missing. Also make sure that the access panel is properly closed, not to loose, or not too tight. Same for the camera micro-SD card. So far really enjoy a new fishing experience with my drone!

Stay away from the Spry drone
Stay away from the Spry drone! Utterly bad customer care, the drone itself is useless, kept on fogging up, the lens on the drone itself AND the remote control! Range was a mediocre 300 meter then you loose video. Waterproof my a..! The drone is all over the place, both up and down as well as sideways. I am a professional drone pilot, I've used a wide range of drones, Parrot, Mavic etc, they all performed well but this Spry drone is by far the worst experience I've ever had! STAY AWAY! Forgot to mention: When I received my new Spry after returning the first one I got (which took 6 month!) I was told to update the firmware, guess what! It doesn't support MAC! Rest my case..
