This service is awesome. I didn't want to waist 180 dollars plus the first day I actually felt well in weeks, going to a clinic. I heard about this from a new co worker who uses it every time she's sick, so I tried it out. I described my simptom from the comfort of my own home and it was faster, cheaper and easy Now I'm free to enjoy feeling well again.

Hi Don! I checked our database, and our Doctor actually signed and delivered your note over 20 hours ago on Aug 18, 2026, at 3:04 pm. It was sent via email, with 3 separate emails confirming delivery.
Could you recheck your email, or maybe spam? I want to make sure you have access to your dashboard and are seeing everything properly. I also just sent you an email, please respond back when you get a chance so we can get this resolved for you!
