3 days I arrived at 7700 ,I asked for withdrawal but doesn't make any withdrawal they said insufisent balance I don't now why? And just next day unfortunately my balance desapeare whiteout any reason no customer support live and any chat that's not really chat robo is answer your questions. This is a shocking online website! DO NOT PLAY, no customer service, no live chat, my account has been stopped when I have a large balance in there after winning. Bonus deposit added to my account even though I said no and my funds now show as bonus balance and not real money.

Dagen efter får jeg så en mail om at pga en bonus regel, har de fjernet 27k af de penge jeg har vundet.

Lol. If you havent already guessed by these reviews that you shouldnt play at this casino then you deserve to loose your money.

They have no live chat. They do not email you back. If your lucky enough to win anything here then dont worry you will more than likely spend it while they take weeks to verify you.

If you do get past this and manage to withdraw money you will never win at the site again no matter how much you play there. Casinos are rip of merchants anyways. But this lot are criminals. They are only operating because they bribe to get their licenses. They have been fined multiple times for basically stealing from people.

They only operated as the scum that run the gaming commission are just as corrupted. Play else where. Better yet, save your money. Booked a vacation to vegas and atleast get the enjoyment of loosing your money.

Scam casino, won't let you withdraw money.

Withdrawal still pending. After a really bad experience to finally being verified after 5 days and sending pages of documents I was able to withdraw still pending though let’s see if they pay out will update. If they do I will of course retract my negative review and leave a positive one

I was on a good winning streak up to £900 until i was blocked as they wanted more documents this after being with them for 6 months or so. Couldn't do anything on the site but leave messages on supposed live chat which isn't live it's a bot. Took days to answer live chat and after many messages left on chat and telling them it felt like a scam site they miraculously got back to me with a crappy message telling me there was no need to talk like that. I was then allowed to play again and for some strange reason my luck had changed and poof the winnings were gone, couldn't get a decent bonus or win. I know losing is all part of gambling and i accept it when it happens as i can afford to lose luckily enough.I have now closed my account and am probably going to report to the gambling commision. Please swift don't leave a comment asking me to contact customer support for a chat like the other comments you've left on here because i don't have that much time spare! I'll continue on my other sites which have support if needed...
