A lovely doctor, very approachable. The online system worked incredibly easily! No wait to see the doctor, the appointment was right on schedule! Will use again in future.

Such a great service
Such a great service! So easy, Doctor Samantha is lovely to chat to, very thorough and such a quick and easy appointment. Even offered follow up questions if i had any which you definitly don't get at your GP. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very professional and trustworthy!
Dr Samantha Bailey was very helpful and kind, genuinely took an interest and gave me all the information I needed and more, even following up with more details after the online appointment. It was just as good as seeing a doctor in person! Completely trustworthy and professional, I'd use this service again and recommend it anyone to anyone!

I'm so pleased I tried this service
I'm so pleased I tried this service. My GP practice was fully booked so it was fantastic to be able to access a GP within an hour. There was no waiting round, a 10 minute video consult at the time arranged. The GP was friendly and thorough. I would (and have been) highly recommending using Swiftmed.

I can not rate doctor Sam and Swiftmed enough.Quick,professional and personable.Had any issue with delivery which was not the fault of Swiftmed,sent an email and got an almost instant reply with a more than helpful solution.A 21st century service done the right way.Highly recommended.
