Swift Ride Avis 

Upon arrival the car they had ready for me to rent for almost $500 a week/$2,000 a month was a very beat up Malibu with major body damage and they literally acted as if I was just gonna say….here take my $2000 a month for this very beat up car 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I obviously said ahhhh…..NOPE.

So then the 2nd car was a Kia optima with a broken non working air conditioner in the middle of July with 3 digit temperatures daily, the Kia also kept having fires go flat, headlights out which caused me to get pulled over by two different cops while ubering passengers, front bumper hanging off, underneath car had a plastic cover that kept dragging the ground as I drove, cracks in front windshield etc….

Took that car in for oil change and they’re mechanic just added new oil, didnt check or fill any other fluids that all happened to be out, then bought car in to them to repair broken a/c….took car home and within 12 hrs back non working again.

3rd car they put me into had no working radio/speakers blown and rattling while driving, rear door wouldn’t open, etc…..

I promise you all that 90% of their ENTIRE CAR SELECTION ARE ALL VERY OLD CARS WITH MAJOR BODY DAMAGE/ALMOST ALL HAVE PROBLEMS AND I GUESS WHAT MY POINT IS …is how TF are yall gonna have the AUDAAAAAAAAACITY TO CHARGE almost $500 a week/$2,000 a month to rent out 10-12 year old cars that are all broken and falling apart the day after u first get it home *****FACTS!!!!!*****

When u bring this up to them they curse you out via text….you will neverrrrrrrrrr get actual phone calls from them it will allllllllllllways mostly be via text message.

They rent out tons of cars to these poor hard working Atlanta RIDESHARE drivers knowing we desperately need a car to work, then they make $2.000 a month off every single car they put someone in and think about this…..

Add $2,000 a month times maybe 75-100 cars being rented out continuously and each of these 100 people pay this terrible company $2000 each month ……

Just do the math on that sh*t and see how much money they’re bringing in but not EVERRRRRRRRR putting back into their inventory.

When they’re sorry a** excuse for a manager WHO U WILL NEVER MEET BECAUSE HE STAYS HIDDEN AT ALL COST….cursed me out earlier today because I asked for my deposit back because they kept giving me lemon after lemon….

I thought to myself…..dude this has a GOT TO BE *********HANDSDOWN ********** the absolute most ghetto /ratchet/immoral/disrespectful group of humans I have ever seen “run a business”

If u are reading this and are still crazy enuff to move forward w/ giving them ur business, just remember this post because I’m gonna guess within the first week u rent ur first car from them u are gonna start having HELLA PROBLEMS BACK TO BACK AND U WILL DEF REMEMBER THIS REVIEW WARNING U NOT TO BE STUPID LOL 😬🤦🏽‍♀️🙄

THE SECOND I WAS CURSEDNOUT BY THEYRE RUSE ASS STAFF FOR HUST SINPLY ASKING FOR MY DEPOIT BACK DUE TO THEM NOT HAVING ANNNNNNNY SAFE DRIVABLE INVENTORY, literally less than two seconds later I was with another company that’s about just 15 mins away from them that literally ONLY PUG U INTO A 2023 or newer car and they’re entire inventory is gorrrrrrrgeous! Verrrrrrry well maintained! And guess what…when u go with this company th get a brand new car that’s gorgeous and properly taken care of but at a wayyyyyyyyyyyyy cheaper price than Swift Ride ghetto a**!!!!!!

I was put into a 2025 brand new sedan earlier today with this way better company and I immediately started getting more profit from uber and Lyft within the first he I used my new car from this way better company not far from swift ride, I was clocking between $45-$55 an hour! Every single hour!!!! 😳😳😳

Although the driver was polite and the car was clean, it took significantly longer than indicated on the app to arrive. Even though I understand the traffic is bad at LA; it’s still a tad irritating. Overall fine, I’m not sure I’d choose them again right away.

Unprofessional, they first said the car I booked was unavailable then stuck me ina raggedy ass Honda that don't look nothing like it suppose to drives crazy and has issues. Said they would swap me out on Monday. Monday came they said they taking the car and only sending me my deposit. I had to make them send me all my money back because the mess up was on their end. The barley wanna answer the phone. Cars are not new looking like the app says... I wouldn't trust them.

I booked a 2020 Honda for pickup on Wednesday at 6 PM. On Tuesday, I was informed that the car wasn’t in Atlanta, but I would be given a replacement and should expect a call on Wednesday with more details. No one contacted me, so I called around 7:53pm, only to be told they were closed. Later, someone called back saying they were trying to get a tow company to deliver the car to me. I eventually received the vehicle around 11pm a 2013 Kia that had several issues.
I immediately raised my concerns, and the representative promised a swap before noon on Thursday. However, when I followed up around 2:30pm, I was met with excuses.
Overall, if you're planning to rent from Swift Ride, be prepared for delays, poor customer service, and a lack of professionalism.
