My items didn't fit but I was told to return them would cost more than the items themselves, as the return address is in the US. Any refund would also be minus their original shipping fee. None of this is shown on their website. This company pertains to be a UK company but it is not. Do not use. Refunds will not be given to customers outside the US.

Bought two items one didn't show up and the other one was poor quality. Very disappointed in the customer service. I should of read the reviews before buying.

I strongly recommend not to use this company.

Like all the other reviews state, I wish I hadve read reviews before purchasing from this site. Ordered an item which simply never showed up. Tracking details only say "unfulfilled" and I've emailed to no avail. Shocking as they had no problem taking my money!!!

I ordered two swimming costumes. I wanted to return one. Website doesn’t provide return details; instead it asks you to email. I exchanged multiple emails asking for said elusive address but instead kept getting emails short of begging me to accept a 30% refund and keep the item. At no point did they seem intent on giving me this return address.
In the end I accepted 40% refund as I couldn’t be bothered. Shame as the one I am keeping is so nice.

I ordered a bikini .. when it arrived it was too big . I was advised that I would only receive 30% of the price and 30% off of a future purchase. This is outrageous as I will NEVER be using this so called company again and would advise no one else does too !

Do not buy from this website unless you are 100% certain you want to keep the product. Despite their site saying they offer a refund within 2 weeks it is a lie! I bought multiple sizes and different products (as is typical when buying online) on the basis that the products could be returned. I was expecting to possibly keep a couple of the items depending on the fit. I also thought the company was based in the UK.

It took a couple of weeks for the products to arrive which is fine and I was receiving tracking updates, but again, if you were expecting quick delivery this isn’t the site.

The products themselves aren’t bad, but not amazing. So far, a one star review might seem a bit harsh, but it basically got totally horrendous when I requested a refund.

I have been exchanging emails for about 2 weeks now. Essentially, the company is apparently based in NJ, Secaucus. The first email was pleasant enough - let us know which items need returning, but when I did reply, instead of providing return instructions and shipping address I was offered the option to take a 30% refund and suggestion to resell/donate to charity or if I insisted on refund, I needed to take photos of the items to prove the labels/stickers were still in place. I politely declined and requested instructions of how to return, including the shipping address.

I’m now into the third or fourth round of emails, each time being offered a different amount of refund, all to avoid MY inconvenience and to save ME time! I’ve also been informed that any refund will have original shipping fees deducted, also not clear from their website, so I should take the offer!!!

Do NOT order from these guys - they didn't deliver all the items ordered, yet charged. When I advised I wanted to return items, they fobbed me off for ages and then advised I would have to ship the items from the UK to the USA, at my expense.
If only I could give zero or minus stars.

Like others, I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I have tried asking for information on how to return an item that is too small and obtain a refund to no avail. Instead I get replies asking me to send picture of the item and take the measurements and send these to them. I have pointed out that I used the sizing guide on their website to order, but it has made no difference. They do not acknowledge that this is their responsibility to check and not the customer's.
If I could give this company a minus number of stars I would. I would caution against ordering from them.

I was only notified that stock was unavailable after I chased them- they had taken the money.
However, over last 3 days this has been resolved by them and full amount is back in my account. They need to update their availability more frequently.

Very disappointing experience… they don’t do returns. They take your money knowing that items are out of stock so you have to chase. Unreliable.

I checked return policy on the website then ordered four bikinis so I could try them and keep the best. When I contacted the customer service to arrange the return they offered a partial refund and refused to give a return address. After months of delays, increased offers and reasons why I could not return (postage to US and customs costs). After two and a half months I finally lost the will to live and accepted 70% back for three of the four bikinis (as none of them really fit well). Of course I had to chase hard for the money but it is now paid. I’ll be putting them on eBay to try to refund the rest of the money I spent.
Just wish I’d looked here before ordering !

Do not buy from this company. They don’t want to take any returns and they don’t give refunds. I still have not received a refund for items I returned. It is not a UK company despite the co.uk web address. The quality of the products is not that great. Avoid!

Awful company. I ordered 3 swimsuits, all too small. When returning the items, I was offered 15%, then 20%, then 30% and finally 70% partial refunds. I raised dispute in Paypal in an attempt to finally resolve. Still awaiting outcome but I will definitely not be ordering from this company again

Do not use this company , I received the swim wear in good time and it was actually of good quality but did not fit . The returns process is non existent and I am now down £100. When you email it feels like a robot replying - not sure it's even real people . The tracking said they tried to deliver the parcel but no one was there.

Wrong order sent - emailed for exchange or full refund - they replied offering me a £5.00 refund and I keep the item - emailed them saying I would not wear it as was not the colour I ordered and therefore would like the relevant information so I can return the item for full refund-
Haven't heard from them at all since then that was 8th August 2023 have sent about six emails since then - nothing. I have contacted PayPal to see if they can get money back as I see a few other dissatisfied customers have done on this review page Dont go anywhere near this company - 'Crooked' - Thier returns policy is a joke

As other reviews. I also bought a swim suit. Took ages to arrive (after my holiday). I would not have taken it anyway as quality is rubbish and did not like it on me. Emailed for return as stated and offered £4 to keep it. I declined and asked for a full refund and they have ignored my emails since. I purchased with PayPal so going to claim refund this way.

Awful company. Swimwear is basically quality. You ask for a return they offer a deal then stop replying. So you can't get a refund and have no address yo send returns to.

Awful. Too small, poorly made, the pants are high waste but not full, I followed their size guide and it’s way too small. They’ve offered me 30%, 50%, 70% refund and various in between. In conversation with PayPal now. I couldn’t even sell it on. Fit for the bin. Don’t buy.

They would have zero stars if that was an option. Ordered two swimsuits which took weeks and weeks to arrive. Neither was well made, thin fabric and badly cut so neither fitted around the bust and I couldn’t have worn either of them. The day they arrived I contacted them as per the returns policy on their website for a return address to get a refund. They never gave one saying it was in the US and would cost me too much money and instead have been offering me a larger and larger discount over the last month. In the end I took this to PayPal and got a full refund from them. Horrible product, terrible company.

Do not buy from this company, terrible product, too small and awful quality. Impossible to return and I got fed up so accepted an £8 refund for something I can’t wear!!! So frustrating.
