So many things to say about my experience with Swimlly, and I wish I had done more research before buying from them, it is really telling that the 2 previous reviews for this company are so bad!
I ordered their 3 for 1 deal on their website and I ordered 4 bikinis in 2 different sizes, so 8 bikinis in total. I had to replace one of the bikinis with another because they were out of stock in both sizes when I had ordered them. Stuff like this happens, so I wasn't bothered so much by this, and they contacted me quickly to resolve this issue, or so I had thought.
I got the bikinis, and they only sent me 1 of the correct sizes and a completely different bikini for the other size. One of the other bikinis was also damaged, with the stitching coming undone on the top. I let Swimlly know both of these points when I contacted them to make a return.
3 days after receiving my order, I contacted them to start a return. Their response to this was weird to say the least, they couldn't seem to understand the concept that I had ordered the bikinis in multiple sizes and styles to find what bikinis would suit my body type and shape. They replied saying that no one had ever had any issue with the bikinis before; I said there wasn't any issue with them (apart from the wrong bikini and damaged one, which I had already mentioned to them), that I had decided to keep 2 that suited me best and was returning the other 6.
Their return policy is 15 days from the day of delivery and I contacted them on day 3. It took them 10 DAYS to send me a return label, and that was after I contacted them to say they still hadn't sent it to me. Then, after weeks of not hearing anything, I checked the delivery tracking for the return and it had been returned to the warehouse for about a week and a half. Had to contact them again to find out where my refund was.
Couple of days later, I got a partial refund for 2 bikinis, even though I sent back 6. Emailed to say I had been incorrectly refunded, only to receive the reply that because I had gone for the 3 get 1 deal, they couldn't refund all the sizes, and that the FREE bikinis had to be paid for!!!!!
I replied saying that I had sent back 6 bikinis, and kept 2, if you took the 2 free bikinis out of the equation, I am still owed a refund of the other 2 bikinis. I would be paying for the 2 bikinis I had kept, sent back 6 and been refunded for 4.
They have not replied to my email since and seem to be ignoring me now! I sent another email which has also had no reply. I followed their return policy to the letter, sent a photo of all the bikinis I was sending back, plus the proof of the damaged bikini and the incorrect bikini, and they won't give me the correct refund, and haven't even acknowledged any of the issues I have had since. And reading the previous reviews of people who had to wait for their return labels and were not refunded for their order, I feel so pissed off that I got scammed!!
Order from this company at your own risk!

Afwul customer service and return policy
The bikini I received was off poor quality because of the fabric that they used and it didn't fit well. Therefore, I tried to sebd it back immediatly. It took me 3 e-mails, an extra photo of the bikini and 5 days to get a return label to send the bikini back. A month later (!) I asked where my refund was. I got a reply saying they were just processing my return that day. Another twee weeks later, when I still hadn't received my refund, I e-mailed again, got send apologies but no reply on when I would receive my refund. It's been 2 months since I bought the bikini and the refund has not been given to me yet.
