Hi Darren, as explained multiple times over email, it is very clear for any customer to see that if an item was purchased in our archives sale, which yours was, the items are non refundable. That is visible on the header of our website and in the returns policy itself.
We offered to exchange your item as a gesture of goodwill but instead of respecting our clear returns policy, you decide to open a chargeback and leave us a slanderous review.
At no point have we been disingenuous, the returns policy is clear for anyone to see.
As for having to chase your order, we sent your order twice and had to wear the cost for the first parcel going missing. You were kept up to date daily throughout that process whilst we investigated with Royal Mail and once we had confirmation the parcel was lost, we proceeded to send a replacement the same day.
We are sorry you feel this way towards your experience however feel it's somewhat unjust.

Upon receiving my order, I encountered a minor setback - the size was too large, and unfortunately, there was limited availability in the size I required. However, the impeccable customer service team swiftly came to my aid. With just a simple email, they promptly set aside the correct size for me while I arranged to return the original garment.
