Tent has broken in the warranty period and I can't get hold of swished for a resolution. Please reply to this message / contact me.

This company are currently running a fake sale. They have been promoting a clearance sale for the last couple of weeks or so and have a count down timer runner on their website which supposedly shows when the sale will end but it just keeps going and changes! Yesterday when I checked the timer said 1 day 10 hours and today it says 6 days 19 hours remaining! They continuously change the wording on their website from “clearance sale” to “closing down sale” and back again. They are also deleting / hiding comments on their social media from people pointing all of this out and questioning the sale.
Do not be fooled or influenced by promotions from this company.

An absolutely amazing product, the amount of people stop when we have the Swished tent set up on the beach. We’ve just purchased the mat and sand pegs that again are amazing quality. A person put you have to be nearly 6’ to put the tent up and down, I’m 5’5” and had no issues setting it up and taking it down - in fact it is so easy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to put up and down tent for the beach or any where really.
We have it for our two dogs to go in when it’s really sunning, it is actually the first tent we’ve brought they actually get in.
The sand bag anchors make it so easy to hold it down and if you feel you need extra stability then use the pegs provided - but we didn’t need the pegs and it was really windy on the beach - the Swished tent didn’t move at all.
I’m not sure how more positive I can be about this product as it does exactly what it’s designed to do and more as it is, for a tent, completely hassle free - takes couple of minutes to put up and a couple of minutes to put down and you can easy do it on your own 👍👍 - all out there enjoy if you buy one -Sean Baker

I have the old version and I absolutely LOVE it.

I've bought the mat for inside and the outer cover but I really wish I had the new one as the blinds are built in.

Virtually the whole beach watched me physically put it up in less than 5 seconds, then the kids pegged it down in another 10 seconds!

ABSOLUTE GAMECHANGER!!!

I don't love the sun as I'm Scottish, so it's in my blood not to and neither does ma wee dug so we love it.

Brilliant, takes the hassle out of putting up a tent. Perfect for the beach and trips to the park. My kids love it!

Tent broke after three uses. Customer service refused to help me and instead just offered me a chance to buy another one with a 10% discount, purely because it was a few weeks out of the one year warranty period. Such a poor company and treatment of customers- don’t waste your money.

Had a tent for 6 months which developed a fault. I contacted Swished support and without any hassle they offered a replacement. Although there was a delay (they’re in high demand!) there were no issues and am very happy with the new tent. The kids love it and I would definitely recommend, especially to anybody with littlen’s!

Pre ordered my tent was told it would be despatched on the 10th June and I received it straight after. Great communication from company.
The tent is amazing so easy to put up and down, my children love sitting inside as it is so roomy and the blinds are great if you want shade or privacy. Would highly recommend

Ordered a tent on Monday and paid for express delivery 2-4 days.
It’s now Friday and despite an automated despatch email on Tuesday, Royal Mail still don’t have my parcel (day 4).
I have contacted them on every available channel and they ignore all, however they have taken payment

Item not received. The Company’s customer services representative gave a Royal Mail tracking number that seems to be false/incorrect. Royal Mail have no record of the parcel. Company is now not responding to email correspondence. No phone number to contact customer services. I would avoid doing business with this company. No response to request for refund.
