Swiss Travel Transfer Avis 

I booked an airport transfer for a senior executive, expecting reliable and professional service. Unfortunately, the experience was completely unacceptable.

My executive was left waiting at the airport for nearly 50 minutes because the driver, Stefan Stoilov, was at the wrong terminal, despite having been provided with the flight number and arrival details.

To make matters worse, my executive sent Stefan multiple text messages while waiting, and he failed to respond to any of them. It wasn't until I personally called him after my executive had been waiting for 40-minutes that I discovered he was waiting at Terminal 1 instead of Terminal 2.

As if that weren't enough, Stefan was holding a sign displaying the incorrect passenger name, despite clear instructions provided at the time of booking. I had also specifically instructed him to contact my executive directly, which he failed to do.

These were basic responsibilities that any professional airport transfer service should be able to manage. Instead, my executive was left stranded at the airport for nearly an hour, with no communication from the driver.

This was not simply a delay. It was a complete failure in communication, attention to detail, and customer service.

When booking executive transportation, reliability and professionalism are essential. We paid for a service that was supposed to provide a seamless airport pickup, not create unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company for executive or business transportation. If a company cannot get something as basic as the correct arrival terminal, passenger name, and communication right, it raises serious concerns about its reliability.

We booked a transfer from Zurich airport to Lucerne. Unfortunately our flight was canceled after boarding due to multiple engine issues and we had to be rebooked on a different flight. I was unable to notify the company in the middle of the night of the change. However, they were very understanding and accommodating and still found us a driver for the transfer even at very short notice (less than an hour). Very grateful for the service and understanding, as it was an unexpected issue. Our driver Allann was prompt and very communicative, professional and friendly. Car was very nice and he got us water as well. Terrific service. Highly recommend!

I was informed about our pickup time, driver, and confirmation in advance. Boris arrived before our departure, which was awesome, and quickly loaded our luggage in the MB van. The ride was comfortable, luxurious, and we felt safe in his presence. Excellent experience.

Reservation, getting in touch, and communicating via WhatsApp were all very easy. The airport pickup was arranged as quickly as possible, with a luxury and very comfortable vehicle, making for a pleasant journey. The driver was very professional and readily available throughout.

The worst service I have ever received from a transportation company, we were waiting for 45 minutes for a driver, we called the company phone and the operator told us the driver was at the airport, he gave us the phone of the driver Desislava, we called him and he didn’t speak English he then passed the phone to a client and she told us that she was already on a ride for her.
Really disappointed of the poor service . I paid 560 SF for a Mini bus for 12 passengers, coming with all the family, with kids and expecting a first class service.
Never trust this company

The car was clean, the driving was smooth , and the driver was courteous . We stopped at a convenient store to use the toilet, without us asking he handed us the coins needed for access to the public toilet.

We always book Swiss Travel Transfer, when we travel with kids (4 suitcases, stroller etc.), and usually everything is fine. But this time the driver was rude, she was speeding, huffing and puffing, complaining that she is late for her next ride… Not pleasant.

Transfer from our hotel in Grindelwald to Zurich Train Station. Service was excellent, the admin was very communicative, vehicle was very comfortable and clean. Ceco, our driver arrived in morning in time and very polite and friendly and he drove smoothly and safely. We arrived on time to catch our train.

We’ve used this Swiss transfer and driving service a bunch of times during summer and fall for our trips from Zurich to the Alps, and they’ve always been amazing!

The drivers were friendly, professional, and very helpful, and everything ran on time. They were also flexible when my travel plans changed, which was greatly appreciated.
