Absolutely Unprofessional and Misleading – Not Worth Even a Single Star
My experience with this brokerage firm has been extremely disappointing. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. They are not even worth a single star.
This review is purely based on my personal experience, and I’m not here to comment on others. The so-called Relationship Managers (RMs) have little to no understanding of trading or investment management. They seem to hire individuals who are completely unqualified for handling client portfolios.
I invested over USD 150,000, and the end result was a complete loss — zero returns and account has been closed without any return on initial investment absolute loss. Initially, my RM was highly responsive when it came to asking for investments, but once the funds were in, he was nowhere to be found. Later, another RM promised recovery and returns within two months, urging me to reinvest. Needless to say, those promises never materialized.
Every time I questioned the negative numbers, they conveniently blamed it on “positions opened by previous managers.” There was no accountability, no transparency, and absolutely no professional ethics.
It feels like this company’s goal is not to manage your funds — but to drain them completely.
A truly zero-rated company — please stay away.

I primarily a forex trader and I hold positions overnight frequently. I noticed that SwissCapital's swap rates are fairly standard, nothing out of the ordinary. During major news releases, spreads do widen a bit, but that happens everywhere. The key thing is I haven't experienced any requotes or order rejections, which is crucial for me. For my trading style, the platform is holding up well.

Good broker so far. after 3 months, no problems with withdrawals.

I am missing some advanced charting tools that I am used to from other platforms. There's no option to use MT4 or MT5 here, but the basic charts are okay for simple analysis.

They are cheaters only worried about making their own money and not increasing clients wealth. Be very careful especially with Navika, Venkatesh and Sahiluddin. They promised me that my capital will be safe but i lost some money and now they all are absconding. Not picking my phone. Very unprofessional and give the vibes of being cheated

do not invest with this swiss capital. they are very sweet in the beginning and once you want to withdraw your own money they will not attend you whatsoever. Even emails are not replied back. one more thing if they will give you any joining bonus, at time of withdrawal they take it back.
