Product didn’t work, if anything the brush spread the infection around my other toes. They offer a 90 day refund, made it difficult with slow response and need to return in the original packaging to their office in the US. They offered a reduced refund which I rejected, asking for the address. They offered a further refund which I accepted. They promised this within 2-3 days. I have since chased 3 times with no communication.

Hi, you have offered to partially refund my money for your two useless trashy eye masks which I’ve many times reported to you that they serve absolutely no purpose for which they are intended. And I want a 100% refund please .
On Trust Pilot I’ve read other buyers reviews who found them to be cheap tacky useless masks, and are having the same problem with your company, apparently it’s not just eye masks but many other items sold at extortionate prices for the very poor quality.
Also I remind you about your 100% guarantee which makes no mention that buyers pay the return postage, insurance and tracking to U.S. to return goods to claim the refund. Surely if the advertisement says 100% guarantee and doesn’t add anything about the return to U.S. you should refund 100% as specified in your advertisement.
You’ve now offered a partial refund of 60% which would mean I am giving you 40% of £80 ( less 2p ) for nothing!
One mask hasn’t even been opened and the other my poor mother was so disappointed with the nil performance and the lead is so short she had to lean her head over and down to the power point.
So No no no I do not accept 60% I want 100% refund as promised in your advertisement, and if you want the rubbish masks returned you need to send me a prepaid return postage label, you can have them back because they are of no use to anyone.
Please be assured I have no intention of giving up on this dispute and I fully intend to review your company on all social media platforms every time I see your advertisements

Do not buy from these people. The phone number on the website is a mobile number and is disconnected. Placed an order, money taken and no contact since, no email confirmation, nothing. Stay well clear.

I have just changed my review. I have to be totally honest. At first I left a negative review but the product that. Swissclear has sent me he’s actually working. I thought I was scammed off either Facebook or Instagram where I ordered from but they did send the product quite quickly and the product is 100% working. So I am sorry about the First negative review.

Scam website. They sell cheap nock off product for inflated premium prices and the money back guarantee is a lie. They do not honour this. Do not buy from them, everything they sell is cheaper and better elsewhere including Amazon.

OMG. I'm so worried , I didn't see the reviews before purchasing the eye mask yesterday. Had a sleepless night and do worried if it's as bad as everyone says and I won't get my money back. I normally always check out reviews, but sadly not on this occasion.

Tried to return £39.99 worth of 3 anti fungal pens it as said guaranteed 120 day refund.
Emails not read and no reply.
When I investigated ( was difficult to find information ) saw they were delivered from China so guessing no hope of anything back now.
Really regret wasting money on this now.

I sent for a plug in bed bug uv cleaner! £45.95.
I received an ultraviolet Disinfectant lamp which is half the price.
I sent 5 emails to Swiss help website which came back undelivered. Do not order from this company they are fraudulent money stealers.
I want to send it back but no address in this country only a false London one.

Thought SWISSCLEAR was a legit company. Bought from a site showing product with Swissclear label but what arrived was products from WIYUN not SWISSCLEAR.
I guess the site I bought from is a company impersonating probably a legit company.
I will not be ordering from them again .

I am trying to return a product which is not fit for purpose and does not work. I'm currently in a battle with them and now they say they will give me 15% refund. Absolute disgusting service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Total scam, I bought an Ultrasonic Denture and Retainer Cleaner for £79.95 GBP, and it does absolutely nothing.
I asked to be refunded and got no answer at all from them. Please avoid.

Product not as described £33, I would be better buying a £1 air freshener!!!! Avoid....

Do not trust this company. My eye mask cost £43 and when it arrived it was of such poor quality I couldn’t use it. When I tried to return it, I couldn’t obtain the return forms - ‘website unavailable’ I eventually made contact with customer services via email, to be told that the product would improve with use. When I said the cord was too short to run from the socket to my head and therefore not practical to use, they offered me a 15% discount and said I could keep the product. I said I wanted to return it and they said I could only do so via the USA and that the cost would be prohibitive. They increased their ‘final’ offer to 30% refund, which I reluctantly accepted. I have not yet received the refund. So, a total scam, please don’t be fooled by this very plausible-sounding company. STAY CLEAR

I purchased the pet water fountain.
It arrived but was most certainly NOT the one advertise plus the additional filters were not included. It was small & cheap looking. I requested a refund only to be told I needed to pay for postage to USA as they do not hold stock in UK. They started negotiating a refund of 20% if I kept the item, when I refused, this increased to 30% then increased to 40%. They would not accept a return & only offered 40% refund if I kept the item. I finally accepted the 40% refund, & I was actually surprised when it arrived in my account. This item I could have bought on Amazon a lot cheaper without all of the stress. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SWISSCLEAR AS THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE

Tried contacting them, no luck its nearly 2 weeks and still no reply. They publish 24/7/365 customer service. I believe they miss the word no cutomer service 24/7/365. They state about paypal but no link.

Scam. Paid £99 for nothing to arrive.
All attempts to contact them result in emails bouncing back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
The one star rating had to be selected but i wouldn't even give them a star if that was an option.

0 stars. Arrived late. I paid £70 foot a head shaver that turned out o be a £16 shaver you can buy on Amazon. Absolute junk. I can't see how I can get my money back because the return email address doesn't work.
Do not buy from this brand.
