My 2 tone seamaster came back looking brand new. Even the clasp was fixed ( i scuffed it years ago fell over), and it runs perfectly. Would def use for other watches in the future. Fully recommend.

Quality Service
I am so happy. I have had my Tag Heuer watch for 20 plus years and love it. I have taken it to Tag previously as it was losing on average 5 mins per week and they didnt fix it. I noticed it was getting worse and contacted 3 repairers for quotes. Nick was 'on it' fast and pleasant, very knowledgable and willing to answer my questions. No pressure to proceed, just reassurance that if I chose to go ahead that my watch would be in goood hands.
I arranged to take my watch in and met Lawrence who was very helpful and friendly. I received the full quote, agreed to proceed and received updates as we went along. Great service and best of all, my watch looks wonderful and hopefully keeps going for another 20 years at least!

Not a good service
Sent a watch to them for assessment but they didn't even bother taking the back off to look inside before giving me a ludicrous quote.
Their report on the watch's condition was also totally inaccurate.
Extremely disappointing experience.

AGREED, BUT YOUR COMMENTS ON MY WATCHES CONDITION WERE VERY INACCURATE. THE WATCH IS IN NEW NEW CONDITION HAVING ONLY BEEN WORN A HANDFUL OF TIMES IN 47 YEARS

Excellent update information advising of every stage from acknowledging first contact to return delivery details. Provided quotation for repair work necessary and advised how long it would take. Provided all packaging’s for postage at no additional cost. Watch return in as new condition. Value for money highly recommended this company.First class customer service.

Tissot incident
Had a Tissot that fell on the floor and sprung open! It is a few years old, mind. Sent it to Swissmade and after a decent length of time I got my fully serviced, polished watch back looking as good as new.
Highly recommended.
I also own an Omega Seamaster so guess where I will be having that serviced? :-)

Incredible service
Incredible service. They managed to fix my Rolex Datejust when numerous others couldn’t. Their repair from home process was faultless as was the team and communication. All done in 2 weeks and significantly cheaper than other repair centres. Couldn’t be happier - thank you!
