I have been unable to log into the portal and nobody will return my inquiries for over a month. Now someone somewhere has my medical data I cannot access making my testing useless.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Tests sent but no update on if received. Emailed asking about this and it has been ignored. No idea when we'll actually get a result. Also as airport forces this on people not very useful that they only allow Canadian phone numbers to register on the website.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Did my test over 92 hours ago and still waiting for a result. Apparently thousands of others in same position.

Incompetent app/company cannot handle volume well into 2nd year of Covid testing - should be able to do this by now. Any other country in the world can get people tested in minutes.!!!

I traveled to my parents in the USA and on my return into Canada was met by the Switchhealth nightmare!! I live in a rural area and being purolator is contacted to pick 8 day covid tests they were a no show for several days! Switch health is a joke in that they claim that their records showed it was picked up and being processed, yet it was at my house. They can't even keep correct records. They finally hired someone from UPS in a rented car from Saskatoon 2 hrs from where I live to pick this test kit up! What a complete waste of tax payers money!!! Also the nurse call back was a joke they talked you through taking a kit and then there it sat waiting 5 days . How long are they good for??? Plus when I finally got the results back it had shown the wrong date of the test. They do not deserve the tax payers money to be this incompetent!! Yet on entering Canada you have to produce a negative covid documentation, yet why isn't that enough??? Switch health is a company making money off of Covid fear! Sad!!!

It is now day 22 of quarantine owing to the fact that switch health hasn’t produced results of day10 test which they received 2 weeks ago!!!!!!can’t get anyone to respond and can’t go out until they do. Will be looking for a lawyer next

This company seems completely incompetent. No one answers the phone. I have tried to get through to book the nurse Telehealth consult time for my 10 day test but this seems impossible. No one has responded on the wrongfully named "instant" chat. Similarly after several days I still have not received any test results from my first test. It seems no one is home. It also seems no one in the Government of Canada did any due diligence before they selected SwitchHealth to conduct the border testing.

My Partner has been waiting 7.5 hours online for the 'Nurse'. It is now 17:29 and the service closes at 18:00.

What is meaning of this?

worse company ever i seen in my life, waiting since 11:30 am till 5:15 for covid test.

Terrible service for COVID test. Hours and hours waiting online. Finally nurse says we changed the process and you have to register as a "dependent". Okay, I'll do that. Nurse says he will be back in 10 minutes. An hour later and still no way of knowing if anyone will ever come back. Horrible. Just horrible and useless. But the Canadian Government requires that we use them. Horrible service.

Government of Canada contracted the most useless service provider for the COVID Day-10 swab results.

I did the test on day 10 and it got picked up on the same day. Yet on day 14, I was told it just got delivered at it will take up to 2-5 days for the results to come out. So we have to expect to extend our quarantine because of their incompetence. Besides that, if you want to contact them for help, best of luck. I called them on the hotline and I waited for 30 minutes and was not connected to anyone. I contacted an online agent and it took 15 minutes to connect to an agent, and 15 minutes for every reply. Just to get an answer to my queries, it nearly took me an hour.

I have no other words.
