Not happy with no response from…
Not happy with no response from swoosh,have e mailed a few times,put my order in on 29th august.
No answers to my enquiries at all,
Not received ,coming up for 2 weeks.

Room diffuser no show
I ordered a room diffuser from Swoosh on 7th May, not an expensive item but still, something I wanted. I noted that delivery stated 2-4 working days, fine however, the item has never appeared. They advise that an email will be sent out once the item has been despatched, again, no email has been sent and I've checked my inbox and spam numerous times. I've emailed them on multiple occasions, asking for an update but again, no response (even though they claim to respond in 24-48 hours).
Their contact is via email only, which in itself, is a bit of a red flag if being honest. Email contact only, so then they can choose to ignore it?
I'm now going to have to go through the process of reclaiming my payment.
Hugely disappointed with this company as a first time purchaser and obviously, set this as a caution for anyone else looking to purchase items from them in the future.
Edit - just today had an email (hooray), advising they will 'chase it up'. I won't hold my breath 😒
Edit 2 - 24/05/24 - No further communication received. I'll just try and get my money back and have done with it.

Absolutely fantastic- ordered 4 chairs…
Absolutely fantastic- ordered 4 chairs which all came within a week. Quality was superb and they were the best price on the internet. Highly recommend this company, the communication was very good as my chairs were sold in pairs and they emailed me promptly to ask if I wanted 2 or 4 chairs so I even got a discount for 4! I’m so please I chose them!
