Following on from our telephone conversation on 20/02/2024, we have discussed in detail how payments are made automatically to your selected back account via Stripe and there is no requirement for you to submit an invoice. You also provided us with some very valuable feedback, which we are going to implement with all our other new service providers moving forward.

Great service on multiple properties

Came across Symple after my old gas engineer retired, registered 4 properties, all tenanted and they took care of the rest, a few days later I had gas certificates for all four so very impressed, will continue to use them. Slightly more expensive than my old engineer but much easier, they allocate the engineer who then makes an appointment with the tenant and then issues an electronic certificate, perfect.

Great 1st experience

I used Symple for the first time last week after meeting them at a Landlord Investment show. The booking process was simple and very straightforward. I received a call the next morning to confirm the appointment and exchange the access code as I would not be there, being 100 miles away. The engineer had been, without any fuss and the Gas Safe certificate was in my inbox within days. Simple, or Symple as they would probably like me to say!

We apologise that you feel the volume of notifications from Symple was too much for you as a service provider. Our emails are distributed in accordance to set timelines from when the booking is made from the landlord, right through to completion.

As a service provider, we send you courtesy notifications and reminders where applicable to not only support our engineers to manage the inspection, but also to ensure the landlord has visibility on their side of where their inspection is up to.

As you are a new service provider with ourselves, this explains why you were sent an additional feedback email, this was for you to comment on how your first job went with us.

We thank you for your feedback and we will review the notification system to see if we are able to make any improvements. We do not wish for any our service providers to feel bombarded at all, we are here to support you and build a great working relationship.

Gas safety

I never forget to update the gas certificate as Simple remember for me.
They also arranged a service at the same time.
Very helpful staff and you actually get to speak to real people who do what they prommise.

My experience was brief

My experience was brief, not to much information, impersonal treatment by internet, if i have a doubt beyond what is, everything is so automated…

We ordered an EPC and an EICR…

We ordered an EPC and an EICR certificate and were contacted by the engineers within the hour, though I wouldn't have minded to have the appointment sooner, the service was top.

Just carried out my first job for…

Just carried out my first job for Symple. After several failed attempts to get tenant to respond the office people took over and got it sorted. The rest was easy. I did have a few issues uploading the certificate but that might be me rather than the process.

We appreciate the EICR work given by Symple, the portal they use is very easy to navigate and we would certainly recommend them. The staff are pleasant also.
