I went through the SAFe POMP course with Dr. Smitha Shashidharan. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated instructor in her field. She actively works in similar roles related to the content she teaches and can provide real world examples. I would encourage anyone else looking for their SAFe certifications to consider Sync IT Learning and their incredibly talented instructors.

Sync IT Learning helped me to get classes with a great instructor Smitha Shashidharan. I had previously taken SAFe Agile classes with her and she is a great mentor. She organizes the class in first 15 min and makes sure everyone has access to study material. Encourages questions and explain the topic in full details. We had class activities to get deep understanding on the topics we covered. Over all it was a great experience and I learned a lot.

I took PMP classes from Alok Bhatia and i highly recommend it. He is so knowledgeable and it reflects on his way of teaching. He does not only go through the study materials but he also go through the mock exams which i feel is very helpful.

I have taken SAFe Scrum Master course by Dr Smitha Sasidharan provided by Sync IT learning, who will go above and beyond to explain the concepts and gives lot of useful tips for certifications. After every topic, he spends enough time practicing exam questions. He offers additional time to help with questions about the exam and the application process to make sure the students were prepared for the final step of taking the exam. His staff is extremely helpful and provides excellent logistic support. Overall I had a great experience.

Mr. Alok Bhatia is a great instructor who is very knowledgeable in the PMBOK 6th edition and the 7th edition. He touched on the very important subjects and notes on each edition. He also gave very good examples when explaining the subjects, which were very helpful in understanding the complexity of each subject.
Taking this course has help me make sense when reading and getting to understand a very technological terms within both editions. It also helpful to have the recorded audio of the classes to go back when stuck on a subject when studying for the exam. The other things that was helpful was having access to other materials for PMI course and taking a few questions on each subject to get a sense of how much you understood and new about the subject.
Being a Project Manager for the company I currently work, has made it much easier for me to wrap my mind about what it entails to be a Project Manager and the responsibilities of managing all the activities and teams on a project.
I recommend this course to anyone seeking to take the PMI exam.

Awesome course offered by Sync IT Learning, Instructor Brad Swanson has this course laid out in a way that even if you are new to scrum you will not feel lost. The course is set up so that it's more hands-on work, which results in learning it faster and easy.

Sync IT Learning provided me the opportunity to take the CSM certification course. Brad Swanson is an excellent instructor and very knowledgeable. He shared real-world experiences and went beyond the course material. He explained every concept of scrum in detail which helped us understand the Agile methodology.
I learned a lot while working in a group during breakout rooms. Overall it was a great experience.
I would like to recommend this course to everyone who wants to become an effective part of an Agile team. I would also like to thank Alok Bhatia and Neha Goyal of Sync IT Learning for their help and support.
