Smitha Sasidharan is an awesome trainer. I took SAFe scrum master training from her. It was 2 days weekend training. She is very professional. I passed my exam after 3 days.

I took the SAFE Scrum master course with Smitha. It was a great course to take to get a general overview of the scrum and agile methodologies and to pass the certification exam. Smitha is very knowledgeable of that area and does a great job to prepare you for the exam.

If you are looking for BA training And certifications, this is the right place. Alok sir and the whole staff is very helpful and they will make sure that you get whatever you expected. I recommend syncIT.

Took PMP training in March. Alok made the class so interesting and interactive, you get all the required information and overall roadmap to begin your PMP journey. He will guide you in filling the examination form and his continued support will be there till you pass the exam. I took BAbAB course (Business Analyst by Alok Bhatia) just recently and it has been a great experience. He is a very thoughtful teacher and puts a lot of thought into how he presents the material. His lessons were engaging, useful and was very patient with everyone in the class.

Totally worth taking the course, especially if you’re someone like me who feels overwhelmed as to where to start. Alok makes it super easy to grasp the concepts. He and the team are always available to help answer any questions or offer any guidance. You won’t regret taking a class with Sync IT Learning!

I took this class, passed the exam and earned a certification. Since this class is in brief and covers concept as per exam knowledge, I think someone who is not familiar of the Agile concept, may have hard time to sail through and ultimately not take the benefit of writing the exam right away, either they study after the course, but not that benefiting. so, I would suggest there should be a prerequisite for enrollment of this course or increase the content of course. I did Agile course in past , so I was ok with it.

Recently I attended PMI-ACP training provided by SYNC IT Learning. It was a great experience. The instructor (Alok) was having very good knowledge in the agile methodology. The course material provided, covered all the topics required for ACP certification. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking forward to take the exam.
