My experience with Synetal Solutions’ Cyber Security programme was extremely disappointing, and I regret enrolling.
Before I joined the programme, I was given verbal assurances by Farhan and Pankaj during the recruitment process that led me to believe I could expect to secure a sponsorship job within a reasonable timeframe. Based on those discussions, I invested a significant amount of money and time into the programme. However, those assurances were not included in the written contract, and when I later raised my concerns, I was referred only to the contract terms.
The training itself was far from what I expected. Every time tutors changed, the same topics were repeated instead of progressing through the syllabus. What I expected to complete in a few months ended up taking around 9 months, delaying the placement process and wasting valuable time.
The learning resources were also unreliable. The shared Udemy account frequently became inaccessible because passwords were changed regularly and the account appeared to be shared among multiple users. As a result, I purchased my own Udemy Personal Plan, so I could continue studying without interruption.
Because I genuinely believed the programme would help me secure employment within the timeframe discussed, I also paid for a visa extension, including solicitor fees and the Home Office application costs. These were expenses I would not have incurred had I known how long the programme would be delayed and that the expected outcome would not materialise.
In total, I lost a considerable amount of money through course fees, my own Udemy subscription, visa extension costs, solicitor fees, and many months of valuable time.
When I raised these issues and provided supporting evidence, including invoices and receipts, my concerns were dismissed, and my request for a partial refund was refused. I felt that the problems I experienced were not properly acknowledged.
This review reflects my personal experience. My advice to anyone considering this programme is to do thorough research, ask detailed questions, and ensure that any important promises or expectations are confirmed in writing before you commit your hard-earned money and valuable time.
