I'm only giving them 2 star because at least they replied to my emails.

I received the package damaged and took pictures to send to them. They told me it's not so I had to unpack and send them further damage picture of the bed cover casing. It's been a few months back and forth of emails and still the bed cover lays in my garage. I have spent over 2K for the cover and rack and now left with just pile of metals in my garage.

If I knew the quality of this product and that they don't stand behind it then I should have just bought the more expensive ones.

This company gives me the gimmick of you get what you paid for....

Received the items missing a manual and key parts to install. When we called them the service rep was combative. We explained that their website is not user friendly- and a portion of the parts we ordered would not fit our truck. It was not determined on the website that this part of the package would not fit our truck. Rather than just offer to exchange them for the proper parts we ordered- they tried to tell us we had to pay for them- when they sent the wrong parts. The incorrect parts also have serious signs of having been use by someone else. The metal has marks all over it from a screwdriver and grinding.
We had to ask to speak to the guys boss- to which he says he doesn't have one- except the owner- who we asked to speak too.

Finally after going back and forth for 15 minutes he finally agrees to just send us the right parts- and a manual- and the missing drainage tubes- which should have been included in the order to begin with. We even offered to return the faulty and wrong parts the entire time.

When you pay 2000$ for a rack system you expect to get what you paid for. We could have gone a cheaper route but specifically chose this made in the USA company.

Very disappointed. Will be shocked if we get the actual items requested and don't have to file a cc dispute
