Based on my dealings with the founders and their previous ventures, I would advise others to do thorough research before engaging with this company. I did not find them transparent or trustworthy in my interactions. Proceed with caution.
Pay back the money you owed in cash and properties not returned to me before running off to start this new business, you can change business name but you owners cannot change, and it's only a matter of time before your previous antics catch up with you.
