Scam. Made a first purchase through the Tada portal

Scam. Made my first purchase through the Tada portal at the Sam's Club website for a power washer. Did not credit on Tada so I contacted customer service. Got generic reply on how to use Tada etc & deleted the inquiry completely on the website. They had 1 chance to make a good first impression & FAILED. After reading other reviews of Tada deleting accounts when you get close to cashing out or not paying, I will move on to OTHER cashback sites. There are many legitimate ones. UPDATE 10/20/2025 after a Tada reply here - Sent 5 emails to Tada but have gotten no response to them. READ OTHER REVIEWS.

Los repartidores son analfabetos.
No saben leer las direcciones.
Los pedidos llegan después de 1 hora (en el mejor de los casos).

outrageous!

Today they abruptly suspended my account without any explanation! it's outrageous. Any reputable company would try to resolve issue at first. I know I did nothing wrong, but no chance to contact them - no customer service, no phone number. It's way to steal money.PS it's obvious they never read any comments. reply is ridiculous.SCAM!

Scammers

Scammers. They lure people by offering cash back, but when you reach payable - deactivate your account. Without any explanation! No customer support - no one replies to inquires. Stay away.

Flash sale 20% they do not give you!

I have had several times that I did not get back the correct amount. The latest is Walmart has a flash sale that you are to get 20% cash back. 2 times in that flash sale I spent $74.83 and got .37 back and 72.07 and got .30 back. That is not 20%. They wrote back sorry for your frustration and inconvenience but said not nothing about not paying me the right amount. When I reply again they do not answer at all to e-mails! Double check what the cash aback they give you.

Enjoying using the app

Enjoying using the app. The treasure hunts support my goal to get steps in:) it’s been brutally cold here and inside stores walking is good.

Only suggestions for improvement would be that sometimes the items disappear from the treasure hunt while I am walking to them in the store. Only other thing is it is hard to get to certain screens to see what my earnings came from and what could be pending. I can get to a screen with more info by clicking contact us first. But can’t get there directly from the menu.
