The WORST customer service
I had an extremely disappointing interaction with Jacek, one of their Customer Success Agents. After Taelor moved locations, they sent me an incorrect return label. I offered a simple solution to correct the issue, but instead of helping, Jacek became defensive and combative. The exchange was so unprofessional and unexpected that I cancelled my service on the spot. Unfortunately, the situation escalated even further, which led my husband to cancel his subscription as well. I personally liked the clothes, but my husband didn’t — and with customer service behaving this way, it simply isn’t worth the hassle. Until they make serious improvements to their customer service, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

The Best Quality Durags and Service
As far as I am concerned, this is the ONLY place to buy the best quality durags. Their quality is unmatched. Throw away all of those low quality Chinese imports and go for these. Furthermore, their customer service is beyond great.

Quality Product
From the time I ordered, it probably took 10 days to receive the du-rag, which was frustrating. But this is probably the best one I’ve owned. It’s easily the best in the past decade. I hate to say admit, but it might have been worth the wait. Great product.
