Quick turnaround and great communication with confirmation emails at every step. Both of my watches were serviced and returned in just 4 days. The old gaskets and pins were returned as well such a great touch. Really impressed and will definitely use them again.

Efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy. They recommended a complete service but warned about possible damage and explained any additional costs. On this occasion I declined the extra work as it was more than the watch is worth.

I have been sending my watch direct to Tag Heuer for years for battery replacement etc, however I have now found TAG Time who are TAG approved, they collect and return, have a week's turnaround, compared to six, and are half the price, my watch has come back shiny and looking brand new, with a two year guarantee, I was kept up to date throughout. I am thrilled to bits, just wish I had found them sooner

So pleased with the service. My watch was collected, the hand refitted, battery replaced and case resealed and returned safely at a very reasonable price - under £100 all within 8 days. Communication from Alexis at every stage of the process was really reassuring and gratefully received.

My Tag Heuer Link was refurbished to look practically as good as when it was new.

A great company, they repaired/serviced both my and my wife's Tag watches and did a fantastic job on both. The turn round was very good, even though one needed a lot of work due to a leaking battery, and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend their services without hesitation, they were brilliant.

Despite TAG saying they needed to replace the hands of the watch TAG Time were happy to carry out the battery service thus keeping the watch visually as it was. All old parts were returned and service was very quick with great communication all the way through the procedure. I'd be happy to recommend.

Wish I'd known about TAG Time years ago... Unbelievable service and value. Have used watch repairers and servicers in Hatton Garden previously but these guys are amazing, my daughters TAG came back with so much more than just a bracelet service, almost as good as new.. All our TAGS will be coming to you from now on... THANK YOU !!

After contacting Tag Time regarding a replacement battery on my watch, I received a prompt response with different options. Having chosen one, Tag Time were able to arrange collection from me and kept me informed throughout the process. I have just received my watch back and I am extremely pleased with the service. The watch is shiny and looks like new. I would throughly recommend Tag Time and will not hesitate on using them in the future.

Like many others here I was not sure about sending my watch through the post for a battery replacement/service. Also like many others I can confirm the experience was 100% positive. Alexis arranged pickup and kept me updated at every step on the way and my 6 year old watch was returned 6 days later looking almost new after its clean.
