TAG Works Avis

Tag Works have just serviced my watch, new battery, new seals and 2 pressure tests, plus a deep clean of the watch. And am I amazed! Wow it's like a new watch! I also received the old seals and the pressure test paperwork. All sent back done and dusted within a week, I am so very pleased. This company was in touch at every stage, communication was very good, far more than expectations. I can only say I completely and wholeheartedly recommend this company if u have a tag heuer to be serviced. All round amazing service, no regrets! Added them to my Contacts for the next time I need my precious Tag sorted. 😊

Great communication and service. I would fully recommend this company.

Considering the prices quoted from High Street jewellers, TG were great value for money. Excellent communications from the team, I had no doubt that my watch was in safe hands. On it's return the watch looked like new.
I would, whole heartedly, recommend TG to anyone who want their watch looked after and serviced professionally.

Sent my 25 yr old daily worn tag kirium for a new battery, pressure test, service and clean. Very pleased with results and communication during the process. Would recommend using Tag Works/Watch Repair UK.

Excellent communication from collection to return of my TAG watch. Quality of the work was superb and there was total transparency regarding the cost and the work which was to be done. Without reservation I can recommend this company for service and refurbishment of TAG watches

Excellent customer service. Nothing was too much and you had total transparency regarding cost. I cant recommend Tag Works enough. If you have a Tag, this is the company for your service requirements.

My self wind Tag 4000 suddenly stopped. I looked on line and found this company with some good reviews. My experience tallies exactly with other reviewers. A timely repair and terrific communication throughout the process. The watch was returned in its box along with the old bits that were replaced. Great service, keep it up in case I need you again for other watches!

The service received from TAG Works was exceptional. We sent two watches for new batteries, seals etc. I was nervous about sending them away as they have a high sentimental value for us, but as soon as Mark got in touch I knew we were in good hands. Mark and Jill were in contact throughout and from pick up to completion and delivery it was less than 5 days. Amazing service and price. We were quoted 6 to 12 weeks elsewhere and often at a higher price. I would definitely use TAG Works again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again to all who looked after us.

Very timely and good service, excellent communication throughout and an affordable cost. Will definitely use them again

Exceptional service, fantastic company cannot praise highly enough. Will not be sending my watch anywhere else. Many, many thanks.
