I ordered some Minnie Mouse jeans for my granddaughter. No customization except to add a ribbon belt. I received info that they would ship in 1-2 weeks. It has been more than 3 weeks and no further communication. I tried to contact by email but both bounced back as invalid. I filed a complaint with the Nevada BBB and am about to dispute the charge on my credit card. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

I had my Mother of the Groom dress altered here. They did a fantastic job and on trying it on I tripped and burst around 5 of the stitches. I returned to see if they could mend it and they did it whilst I waited and didn’t charge even though it was my fault. I would highly recommend them, they go above and beyond for you.

I would not recommend using this company. I placed my order on 7 March, giving them plenty of time to process and deliver it before my daughter’s birthday in June. Unfortunately, the communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor. I had to repeatedly chase updates, and it was very difficult to get clear or timely responses.

The most disappointing part is that my daughter never received her birthday outfit in time for her special day. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking when something you’ve carefully planned for months doesn’t arrive because a company fails to deliver on its promises.

Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful. Good customer service and communication are just as important as the product itself, and this company fell well short in both areas. I would not order from them again and would encourage others to think carefully before purchasing from them.

Best quality I've seen online. First time trying this company. I always purchase custom birthday outfits, every year for my kids. Tailor Creations delivered!! Exceeded my expectations. I purchased a custom denim outfit for my son. I recommend placing your order in advance because it takes about 3 weeks to receive. But definitely worth the wait. Would definitely recommend.

First ordered last year just fine but this year was different. I placed an order March 10th, didnt hear anything for three weeks so I emailed, they assured me my order was shipping. They lied, it didnt ship for another week. Their own website says 7-10 days for processing, 2-3 weeks for multiple items (I ordered two). When I did finally get the order, my shirt was two sizes too small, ordered a large and got a small. Our daughters shirt looked as if the image didnt transfer completely so it was pixelated looking. I emailed about these issues never heard back until I contacted bbb. They inquired, I sent photos, but to no avail. Never heard another word after that. So Im out the money and two shirts. I highly recommend NOT placing an order with this company, you will likely lose out as well.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered my grandson a shirt for his birthday on November 8, 2025 and was assured it would be here by November 22 but today is December 16 and still have not received the shirt. I have had many conversations with this company with assurance that it would be shipped and received. My grandson was very disappointed for his birthday. This company will lie to you just to get a sale but not think about the recipient. Shame on you

Loved everything about my order! Great quality and customer service was very helpful with placing my order and all of the custom details. My son was all smiles! He was very happy with his outfit and all of our matching shirts came out great. Will definitely be back soon!

Definitely a scam! They never send your items. They give you a fake tracking number. I will try my best to get this website shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Tailor creations is a FRAUD! Joke on them though they will not receive any money when they are going to try to charge me. I left no money on my visa debit card. After I’ve seen that no one ever responded back to me for the Sesame Street birthday shirt I’ve “ ordered” for my son. I would like to see the look on their faces. Lolol do not attempt on shopping with these frauds.

This business is a scam. Beware and do not spend your money on anything they are selling. You wont receive any items and they will stop responding after a while. Nothing but thieves.

Spent 800 dollars and never received my product! Was given a phoney tracking number and the customer service was rude and just continued to lie to me!
