My goods go to Melbourne & i live in Adelade ??
I have yet to receive my goods they sent them to Melbourne & put them on a local courier when i live in Adelaide, why i asked them not a decent response from the service Dept. After reading reviews i am already regretting buying the goods, if i get them i will never be buying from this site again

The company advertises it's Australian based and made. It's based in China and sent from there. The hat material appears polyester and see through. Considered throwing it in the bin. After 2.5 weeks I hadn't received any progress of the dispatch so I emailed. I received a fake tracking number on the t.17track.net platform which is Chinese. Won't buy again. Gave 2 stars because I actually received the item.

I will not be using this site again
I will not use this site again. I purchased 4 T-shirts and wanted to return one as it did not suit (and the material was very cheap quality for all of the shirts), They wanted me to pay $43 AUD so they could send me a replacement. That would have meant I would have paid more than $80 for the one T-shirt (even if I kept the other one, I would never wear it). Other clothing sites have much better returns arrangements.

After purchasing three cotton t shirts…
After purchasing three cotton t shirts that took three and a half weeks to arrive, they were not cotton but cheap polyester. The logos looked exactly what they are,cheap transfers. Contacted them and still waiting for a reply. Though I was buying an Australian product, you guessed it cheap Chinese. Will not deal with this company again. Don't waste your money. Had to give one star, deserves negative.

1 star is very lucky to receive as minus 10 doesnt exsist, order tshirts over 2 months ago and still havent arrived. Excuse after excuse from your address is invalid to check post office.... mmmm no other deli ery driver has a problem delivering where i live.... poor customer service so my advise is avoid this scamming company at all costs. Will never buy from them again.

The product is nothing like advertised
The product is nothing like advertised. The “Hello Darkness my old friend” shirt was supposed to be black but it is faded polyester and nothing cotton. The shirt is totally substandard and the logo is faded, printed on as well as the Irish sleeves. I also ordered the matching hat which never came. It took over 6 weeks to arrive and NO HAT.

I still haven't received the items,I purchased after 40 days.I received 3 email stating that my items,were held up in customs, on stating that my order had been delivered,then another one stating that my order was being re despatched, only then to be told it was held up in customs again.
What ever you do dont purchase items from this company, you won't see you item or your money again

T-shirt looks nothing like photo on website
I ordered the "Hello Darkness My Old Friend" t-shirt. The photo on the website made it look like the lettering and drinking glass were embroidered, but they are just a blurry picture printed onto the fabric. The photo also makes it look like there is a contrasting cuff sewn onto the sleeves, but again it is just printed on the fabric. The band around the neck is puckered where it is sewn onto the t-shirt. There are also loose threads.

Sub quality Chinese knock offs
Sub quality, thin materials and poor stitching and items that eventually turned up are not the quality reflected in the pricing. Misleading advertising had me thinking I was getting quality Australian designed and stocked polos. Turns out they are cheap and overpriced au$5 Chinese synthetic rubbish that are made and sent from China. Buyer beware if the deal seems too good. it generally is!
