75 yo. Appropriate exercises
I want to try exercise that is gentle yet effective. I have heard Tia Chi is a very slow, gentle moving exercise plan, at 75 yo. I need exercises for balance, strength, and balance.

STAY AWAY
Recovering from surgery, wanted an app to support me moving forward. wasn't what i wanted so deleted the app after signing up for 4 weeks trial, however, without my knowledge as previous people have also recorded, took £78.00 the next month without my knowledge or consent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP< NO REFUND < NOTHING.

I liked the exercises which helped my…
I liked the exercises which helped my joints. I was not able to continue them as we were travelling a lot and had a disrupted schedule.
However, I did not like their hard sell business tactics. Beware the add ons and charges. I willingly paid the £15 or so to try the exercises but then found I was charged £78 and £73 for the following month when I thought I had cancelled the following month. The second charge was for an online personal trainer which had been offered for free. No refunds. Beware, that's all.

Lack of Transparency about ongoing charges
Lack of Transparency about ongoing charges. I signed up for the 4-week course and was automatically charged for an additional 4 weeks. There is nowhere within the app to actually cancel and it actually was charged an additional 4 weeks even though it was still 1 day from the expiration of the initial period. Attempts to receive a refund for this additional charge was appallingly unsatisfactory.
