For the past few months, a large amount of commissions has remained pending without clear communication or updates. I was told the account was under review due to flagged activity and disputed transactions, and I fully cooperated and remained patient throughout the process.

However, despite multiple polite follow-ups over several weeks, I have received very limited communication and no clear resolution timeline. Delays can happen in affiliate programs, but consistent communication and transparency are extremely important in business relationships.

I genuinely hope the team improves their communication with affiliates and resolves pending cases more professionally in the future.

The Taja app has always been buggy, but it helped with YouTube content.

Now the platform has updated and it no longer works; the video keeps loading infinitely, it doesn't cut, it does NOTHING.

My account is for life; I bought it on AppSumo, believing in the company's project, but it seems they are ignoring those who have always promoted the company.

I just want to use what I bought or get my money back, simple.
