Overpriced and poor quality
I am writing this on behalf of my mother who purchased a ring from this shop in Southall in 2023 - I have only just made my account now, hence the late review. Firstly the price of the ring was ridiculously high, it can be purchased for way cheaper from other jewellers. I wish I had done more research to prevent myself from being 'robbed' by them. Secondly the ring was purchased as pure platinum however this isn't even pure! Pure is not magnetic, tell me why this is sticking to every magnet it comes into contact with, it was confirmed by a jeweller as well. Avoid this shop, purchase elsewhere - overpriced and false advertised!

We have attempted to reach out to you via Trustpilot to discuss this matter, but without your contact details, we have been unable to connect. We are also unable to locate any record of a purchase matching the information provided in your review.
Given that this review refers to a purchase from 2023, and this is the first time the issue has been raised three years later, it is difficult for us to properly verify or investigate the claim without more information.
We would like to clarify that all our platinum jewellery is supplied and sold in strict accordance with UK regulations. Every piece is independently tested and hallmarked by the UK Assay Office to guarantee its exact purity. We strictly stand by the authenticity of our products and do not sell falsely advertised items.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is a genuine concern, we welcome the opportunity to review the item and resolve the matter appropriately. We kindly invite you to contact us directly or visit our Southall store with the ring and proof of purchase so that we can look into this properly.
Until we receive further information, we unfortunately cannot substantiate the claims made in this review.

Unbelievable experience from start to finish. Aman and Arjun took great care of us and went the extra mile to get us the ring we wanted. I can’t recommend this jeweller enough.

Amazing company, staff and rings!
After having a bad experience with another company, taj jewels made our experience so seamless! They were so patient and understanding with all our questions. They found us the exact ring we were after and it’s our dream.
The quality is even better than we thought we could get and we are are over the moon. Thankyou again for a brilliant experience!❤️

I had a fantastic experience with Taj Jewels!
I found the team to be consistent, informative and kind every step of the way of bringing my dream ring to life, I had the pleasure of dealing with Enrique who was very welcoming and done everything he could to go above and beyond throughout the whole journey!
Overall this is an amazing fine jewellery store which produces incredible dreamy rings!
I cannot wait to return and create more heirloom pieces for years to come.
