Misleading advertising
The ad was for a family of 4 (2adults and up to 2 children). Went to make the reservation and suddenly I have to pay almost $1000 more for my 2 kids to be added to the cruise portion. Shady!! Then I asked for a refund and they say that since it's past the 30 day initial purchase, there are no refunds. NEVAR AGAIN!!!!!
I am sure when booking I read the fine print and would have noticed if the 2 children were not included into the cruise. However, now those terms and conditions are nowhere to be found.

We value your feedback as it helps every aspect of our company offer the right service and the right product for valuable clients such as yourself. According to the terms and conditions of your vacation package sent to your email when you purchased the package, (link to which has been attached below) cruises allow 2 adults per cabin with a fee for up to 2 additional persons in the same cabin (based upon availability). Please refer to page 3 under “Cruise Charges”. Please note it is customary for cruise cabins to be based on double occupancy. The hotel accommodations include up to 2 adults and 2 children in the same room at no charge. You will also note in the terms and conditions that refunds are processed within 30 days of purchase. To show our commitment to you and as a good faith gesture, TABT has issued a cruise certificate to you to use over the next 12 months for a 3 or 4 night cruise. Please check your email and follow the instructions to use the certificate. We wish you happy future travels and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Have an amazing day!
Ann lowered my stress
I spoke with Ann today and she was so helpful in giving suggestions and helping me with rental car. The thing she said was 'don't be stressed, relax this is a vacation. We're here to help you have a good time.' She brought my level of stress way down.

Michelle was Great
I spoke with Michelle and from the time she answered the phone until the moment we disconnected, the tone in her voice was pleasant and comforting. She assisted me with what I needed then gave me options for additional services and vacations with no pressure.

Vanessa was very helpful but I knew this was too good to be true. The fee I paid was supposed to cover everything and of course there was added fees. Why can’t you just tell us upfront the total cost? Also I prefer to have written paperwork. There should be an option for this not just email.
