I was a fool paying for premiun at Takefile.link.
I only get really crap download speed.
I have a 1 GB/s fiber connection at home, and generally get 800 Kb/s speed when i download from takefile.link. Compared with, say RG where I also have premium I get 300-400 Mb/s download speed. I usually usually cap my download speed at RG to 25 Mb/s.

all was well until my ip got banned for putting in the wrong password
i been paying for over 2 years every month

after getting ip ban my download went from 115mbs right down to 10mbs its like i being throttled or somthing i have written to support and the last reply was dam well disgusting saying that was enough

no its not i am paying monthly for your premium package which you state in your facts should be between 100-115mbs

since then its been 8 days and no further replies or how they are going to fix or compensate

SCAM Total Scam!!!!!!! Took money got nothing, I reported them to FBI and went to my bank for my money back!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful, there are many VIRUSES, TROJANS and SPYWARE in their 'files' uploaded by malicious actors. Don't risk using this service - DO NOT USE TAKEFILE!!!!

Bought a premium thru a reseller.. reseller gave clear direction and made sure the code is delivered. A lot of peopledont realize that the 65gb every 2 days is thru a scaleable method.. meaning: the amount you download is availlable exactly 48 hours later again.. so not at a set time..if you download 60gb on the 2nd day of purchase, it will be availlable on the 4th day at the time you downloaded it on day 2 (not on day 3).. if you download the 60 gb limit in bits and pieces throuhout the 48 hours the will get replenished in the same bits and pieces in the following 48 hours. I saw some reviews that completely missed the workflow since a bit of an usual system.. is it a bit weird? Sure, by the common standard it is.. is it a scam? No.. best advice: buy the premium thru a reseller, it cost a couple of bucks more but you get a good customer service when something goes wrong with the premium code when you purchase it.

Got scammed by them. They took my money and gave absolutely nothing in return.

No premium even two days after payment. I then complained via paypal and got the money back within 24hrs. I strongly suspect the business strategy is, that takefile does not really offer any digital services. It's the good old law of the large numbers, they might be applying. Since getting money back via direct credit card payment is a lot more complicated than via paypal, customers who paid this way, are more unlikely to complain. So, I would expect, that only 70% of the customers would complain, which makes 30% customers who don't complain and lose money. For 1.000 customers per month who transfer 30US$ each, it would sum up to 30,000US$, where 30% don't complain, would make 9,000US$ profit every month for doing absolutely nothing... nice approach... I have to work a lot harder for my money. stupid me...

Its a Scam!! I paid for 30 days but they gave me 10 days premium and then they take away the premium

My download limit was 20 MB instead of 65 GB and I tried contacting the support team but it's been 12 days and still my problem is not resolved and they did not respond. I can't get my money back. Takefile is a scammer.

Avoid takefile at all costs. They will take your money and not give any service. When you send a help ticket they will not respond. They are thieves. Plus, the ANTI-spam question doesn't make any sense so sending the request is a problem. I think they are Russian. Use another provider

I paid for premium account and got confirmation of that but never received a premium key. Sumitted a ticket but heard nothing bunch of scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contacting Support is IMPOSSIBLE. An anti-spam question always returns false answer : "How many months of the year have 28 days?" We all know the answer is "1", or "one", or "February". Well, none of those work. They make it impossible to contact them. Avoid at all cost.

scam site - steals your money, has "anti spam" which stops you from using their site so they just take your money for nothing. DO NOT USE!!! SCAMMERS

This site to me appears to be a total scam. Even after I paid for one months Premium subscription it confirms I’m a Premium member on my profile nothing seems to happen whenever I try to download a file, the page keeps telling me I need to become a Premium member which I already am! It keep directing me to the exact same page as before telling me I need to choose a Premium plan which I already have.

I have tired contacting the TakeFile support but whenever I try to fill in the online ticket form there is a section where it says, “SPAM Prevention: * A and B were sitting on…” I imagine its asking me to fill in the blank to answer the question to make sure I’m real and not a bot but I can’t answer the question because I don’t know the answer and if I don’t know the answer I can’t submit the ticket.

So at present I’ve paid for a subscription I can’t use, I have no way of cancelling the automatic re-subscribe option and I can’t get any form of help from their customer support as its asking me to answer a question I don’t know the answer to in order to submit a ticket and make sure I’m not just a bot.

If there’s anybody out there that can offer me any help please get in touch even if its just some other way of contacting TakeFile to cancel another months subscription.

Bottom line this site is a scam! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Takefile is an illigitimate service! Do not purchase an account! If any issues occur (and they will) you cannot submit a ticket--they will not allow it!

After I registered, the screen stayed on the register display and will not advance. I cannot log in, though it recognises my username and will not let me re-register. I tried to log a ticket with the help desk and the system refuses the capcha question even though the answer is obvious, it advises the answer is wrong and will not let me submit. I tried reset password. the screen displays 'an email has been sent' but no email arrives. Frustrating beyond words.

Cloud site that only allows a ridiculous ONE download per day unless you have a premium account. If the download fails then you still have to wait an entire day to re-try.
I generally find that if these sites treat their visitors like crap on the first visit, they'll continue to do so after they've got your money.
