Took it apart to no avail as it's wedged through the device and made a hole.
Spoke to support who said If I wanted a refund I would have to pay to send it back

I don't normally leave reviews but this bit of kit has earned itself 5 stars. I've literally had it for half an hour and I've got hooks up and wall art actually hanging on the damn wall. Brilliant,well priced invention. I have trouble handling heavy tools but this Takker means I no longer have to stress about it.

Don’t waste your time/money - likely scam
Ordered 7th Jan.
Still no item received in post.
Inconsistent replies to emails, addressing me by incorrect name (could be a typo but beginning to think they’re are just taking the piss!) and no reply to subsequent emails requesting an update. Have since emailed again requesting a refund… surprise surprise, no response. A complete scam, don’t bother, and if not a scam - awful (non-existent customer service). Several other reviews like this in recent days on Facebook. I placed one earlier today - strangely, it disappeared from their Facebook page.

Absolutely diabolical I placed an order on the 13th of January. It is now the 27th of January and I still have not received anything not a single word from the company even though I’ve tried to contact them on social media around through their customer service I’m starting to think it’s a scam.

Cheap plastic doesn't work
Cheap plastic. Takkers get stuck. Didn't work on any wall in my house. Fiddly to unscrew. Total waste of money.

Fantastic tool
Fantastic tool. Works brilliantly - as well as the adverts show. At the grand old age of 48 I put up my first picture. And have put up another 5 pictures that have been waiting at least 3 months for my husband to do this. Liberating! Also, fantastic service. Had a small issue and they resolved it easily and quickly without any fuss. Everyone house should have one!

You never know when you may need a Takker!
Very recently purchased a Takker bundle, ie both hard and regular Takkers with selection of extras. Hung two large heavy glass fronted frames using two hooks per picture. Plasterboard fixings holding perfectly well. Brilliant devices. Shame I can’t post a photo.
