The trainers are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything within the course. if you are still not sure they will explain it once again to ensure you are happy before moving on.

Credit to trainer
I attended a course provided by my employer, the course was SMSTS, they used Tala Training and I’m really glad they did because I got to meet an amazing trainer Bob Kerr I’m sure his name is.
He made the course go from a worry to absolute ease with how much effort he put in for the group, tala training should thank themselves lucky to have him.
If your going here for a course ask for Bob, he’ll sort you out 👍🏼

I found that through our examiner ,Bob…
I found that through our examiner ,Bob put everyone at ease from the fist moment we were in the class ,he projected himself into the candidates as if he knew us all personaly,he took his time especially with me reapeating the questions as i am a bit hard of hearing ,but it was the way he broke every thing down gave me the confidence i needed ,so all in all 100% brilliant and thanks to everyone at Tala

I was very ill during the course but…

Very helpful course for a 5 day course…
Very helpful course for a 5 day course I did not want to do but it was good and opened my eyes to a lot of things

I have did loads of training over the years but this coarse was probibly the best one I have done in a long while ,the trainer Ian Sloan was very knowledgable and very helpfull he explained everything very clearly 11/10..Thanks again Ian..

The training was great however the…
The training was great however the training center let it down I'm disabled and both the access to the facilities (no drop curbs) and interior to narrow for wheel chair and distance to the toilet made it difficult for me as i have limited mobility

The course was excellent and insightful
The course was well paced, trainer gave us all an opportunity to contribute, there were enough sufficient breaks, always we would have a recap of previous days coverage and go through homework all of us to get the correct answer which enable good use of reading materials.
Welfare facilities were good.
Parking space was available for all of us.
