Like many others I placed an order for a book They took my money but no book received No response to emails Don't answer their phone They must be making a fortune out of this

Absolute dreadful company.
Like others i ordered a hardback book only to be told, no it was an e book.
When I then said ok send me the link, they sent a link to a cook book and this was not the book I ordered.
They do not answer the phone and I have no replies to the 4 e mails i have sent PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not order from this company

Took my money but no book no contact nothing

Terrible customer service.
I ordered a physical book only to be told 10 days later after having contacted them regarding delivery , that I had ordered an ebook. This is not true.
They then stated they had sent the link for the ebook , which they hadn’t . I requested a refund . I also attempted to call them but with no luck . Absolutely terrible service and I shall be reporting to them to trading standards.
I am yet to hear back from them or receive a refund .

I placed an order with this company believing I was buying a book ,it was an Ebook not stated on the site, I never recieved a download for this book, customer services were very unhelpfull, I feel I have been robbed.I have no book and my money has been taken Since asking for download instructions and or a full refund I haven,t heard anything back from customer services. Beware of this company

A SCAM Ordered a hardback book over 2 weeks ago I still have not received the book I have e mailed and tried to phone with no luck I shall be asking my bank to get a refund DO NOT USE

I’ve given one star as it’s not possible to give zero. The site is a scam. It lets you select hardback books but there obviously aren’t any. The company then argues that you selected ebook formats. They also only sent one download although I ordered two books and after several attempts at rectifying this have sent a link to the second book which doesn’t look like a legitimate link. I haven’t clicked on either link.

Also when you add items to your basket it doesn’t stipulate whether they are hardback or ebook. For this reason my credit card company say I have no proof I ordered a hardback and won’t refund my money.

SCAM COMPANY, NO HARDBACK BOOKS…NOT EVEN AN EBOOK. PLEASE REVERSE CREDIT & COMPLAIN THROUGH CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO KEEP YOUR MONEY, THESE SCAMS ARE HAPPENING MORE & MORE. FALSE SELLING, RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ONLINE TRANSACTION WITHIN 14 DAYS, ALSO GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED, TAKE A SCREENSHOT AS PROOF TO SEND TO YOUR PAYMENT SOURCE.

Ordered a Hardcover book from the website. I received an email with a link to download the book, which is not what I wanted. I haven't clicked on the link and waiting for customer services to come back to me. Website is misleading.
