I ordered both a bed and a couch from this company, and the experience was honestly exhausting from start to finish.
Both items were delayed by several weeks. The bed arrived first, and after assembling it, it became clear that some of the parts simply didn’t fit properly. Their explanation? It was the first bed from a new production site. Their initial solution was to have me try assembling it again, as if I hadn’t already done that. This is a €3,000 bed. After weeks of back and forth and insisting that this was clearly a production defect, not user error, they finally agreed to replace it and send someone to assemble it properly.
Then came the couch. Also delayed by weeks. It arrived wrapped in plastic, nothing more. It’s a modular couch, and several of the legs had been ripped out during transport. Their response? That I should try to reattach them myself because it was “easy.” That’s just not acceptable when you’re paying thousands for furniture. I’m not here to repair damaged goods on arrival.
I sent the couch back and requested a full refund. Even that turned into a mess. The delivery company refused to pick it up twice because it wasn’t properly packaged, which to be fair, it wasn’t. But I returned it exactly how it was delivered, poorly wrapped in plastic. I wasn’t about to do a better job than they did.
This all happened in 2025, and honestly, it took me this long to even write about it because of how draining the whole experience was. The designs are beautiful and the quality, when you finally get a proper item, is good. But none of that makes up for the delays, poor handling, and lack of accountability. Easily the worst experience I’ve had with a furniture company.

Kupiłam stolik w kolorze burgundowym, który zachwycił mnie od pierwszego wejrzenia (pobyt w hotelu sieci Puro). Jest drewniany, solidny, ciężki, ma piękną fakturę wykończenia, to mebel na lata. Dostawa odbyła się bardzo szybko, około 2 tygodni, natomiast mogłabym czekać na niego znacznie dłużej, bo warto:)
Przepiękne jakościowe meble i unikatowe dodatki. Szybka dostawa nawet w okresie świątecznym nie było opóźnień. Niebawem wrócę po kolejne wymarzone zamówienia.

Mamy za sobą wiele zamówień – zarówno prywatnych jak i realizowanych do projektów i za każdym razem jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone. Piękny design w połączeniu z fantastyczną jakością oraz dbałością o detale robią ogromne wrażenie. Do tego niesamowicie miła, ciepła i profesjonalna obsługa klienta, która potrafi rozwiązać każdy problem i odpowiedzieć na każde pytanie. Polecamy z całego serca!
Got the fonte lamp and the shade broke in less than a month.
I sent and email to see of i could get another shade and even say that if I had to pay I would do it.
They told me they were waiting for an arrival soon but after countless exchange of mails during more than a year, they told me that the arrival got a différent shade that wouldn’t work with the lamp I bought.
They didn’t gave me any other solution so basically they just dismiss the customer after more than a year of me following the thread of the discussion.
I now have a useless lamp and just loss money and time with them…

Avoid at all costs. After a 7-month delay I had to cancel the order. They kept promising furnitiure would be delivered but the promises were always broken. In the end I had to cancel the order and have my money back. Even to get my money back it was such a headache, had to email them several times. Their customer support is horrible. I lost so much time, I could have bought my furniture somewhere else.

Avoid at all cost! My several emails asking for status of delivery were never answered, they never answer the phone. When you try to reach them via social media, your comments will be immediately deleted and your account blocked. They put an enormous effort to hide their shady practices. They are not serious people.
EDIT: Do not trust any of their answers - they are compulsive liars with zero remorse. None of my ca. 20 calls were answered, none of my e-mails were ever answered. Their copy-paste answer without even amending their own email address just proves this (of course they fixed it after I mentioned it in my edit) :D

A long time to wait, the furniture I ordered had manufacturing problems, but the result is simply amazing. I do feel for startups that scale and run into problems, but I was almost at the end of my patience. I am very very glad I waited. High quality. Will buy again.

I definitely would not recommend
Order passed 30.01.2025 - and we are 5.06.25 and i did not received my 4 chairs yet. it is a pity because the ethical (if this is true) side of it attracted me, but the customer service (impossible to track your order online, difficulty to interact with them via email, phone, whatsapp) sometimes responding, either in French, English, or Polish. communication very complicated, they don't follow up with their transporter.

I strongly advise against shopping at this store. My order has not been fulfilled for over half a year (!)—despite multiple attempts to contact the company, reminders, and requests for a specific delivery date. Every message I sent was met with the same generic response about my case being treated as a “priority” and the “logistics team working intensively,” which in practice led to no real action. The store regularly makes empty promises, keeps postponing deadlines, and is unable to provide even an approximate shipping date.
There is a complete lack of accountability in their correspondence—the customer is brushed off with vague statements, and there are no concrete answers or real solutions. Despite more than six months passing since I placed my order, the product has not been shipped, and communication with customer service is limited to repeating empty phrases.
I have never experienced such scandalous customer service and order handling from any other online store. I strongly advise against this company—if you don’t want to waste your time, nerves, and money, it is better to choose another retailer.

In November 2024 we bought on Tamo.design web site ( polish company) a tv forniture which's design from the picture we really liked and we saw that there were mentioned many collaborations and we thought that should be a trusted website and supplier, but we were wrong .The initial delivery date was for mid of January 2025!!!! Starting with December 2024 and by April 2025, we received at least 6 notifications of delays: in December that the machinery is broken, in February for commercial reasons with the vendor that produced the furniture, then problems with the courier at least 3 -4 times and we asked evidence that courier is really in charge with the delivery but never was shared. Then we understood that we will never receive the furniture and that this was a BIG FRAUD. We cancelled the order after at the end of April and they ensured us that we will receive the full reimbursement in 14 days that never happened and they didn't ever more replied to our reminders. We also have contacted the founder of Tamo.design and never replied. It was an awful experience and we hope no one else will fall in their trap. If you go on their Facebook page or on IG page you cannot leave any comment, the first alarm that we saw but didn't consider at the beginning and now we understand the reason.Never ever again...
