When I had a small problem with my order, the customer service team resolved it quickly, efficiently and in a friendly way.

I thought there were more than 8 cartridges and the price is mediocre. I can do way better at Costco and actually double the amount

These so called memory foam boots lack the memory foam! They're stiff and not at all comfortable. Wouldn't recommend unless you just want something that looks good.

These inflatable’s appear very durable and should be a unique gift for the grandchildren. I did inflate them and they are very cute and look like they will last forever.

The printer did not work. After 5 hours on the phone with HP they confirmed that the printer had an error that would not allow the printer to function. HP sent another refurbished printer when I originally purchased a brand new printer.If I wanted a refurbished printer I would have purchased one to begin with.The printer also did not have ink. Not happy with my purchase

Actual con artists. Originally the tracking info they gave me was from a parcel coming from China in February. I ordered the item the beginning of April. Then it randomly said it was forwarded to Dayton, Ohio that is about as far away in the state as you can be from where I live. Then it was forwarded again to Chicago, Illinois where it was flagged for counterfeit postage. Same automated probably AI belligerent responses from their weird email support you have to do through the website. Looks like I’m going to have to dispute the chargers. Actual con artists SMH 🤦‍♂️

I had a problem with an item I ordered through Tanga and had amazing support in resolving my issue. I could not have asked for better customer service. Bravo to Tanga…you now have a new customer for life!

I had previously renewed my AVAST anti-virus subscription using a 3rd party vendor (AntiVirusDeals) and got a 3 yr / 5 device subscription for $25. Worked great.
That vendor did not have AVAST available as my 3 years were ending so I googled around and found something on Tanga. They had a 2 yr / 10 device deal for $25. I just received my activation code and plugged into my existing AVAST software's menu option at the top titled "Enter Activation Code" and it updated my expiration to 2028 seamlessly. No downloads or further installations required
AVAST wanted $79/yr renewal for 1 device so doing the math I saved $291 on 2 year protection for my desktop and laptop.

I have definitely used these body trimmers before. They’re actually my favorite body trimmer that Philips Norelco discontinued so I saw them on Tanga and I bought two. When they arrived I noticed they were sticker priced for less than I purchased them, a good $25 less. Not sure how I feel about that because I was overcharged. Shouldn’t I be charged the same as the sticker price?!

Purchased a digital download. Police said 30 minutes to 2 hours for download to appear. After 4.5 hours I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They refused, and did bother to rectify the issue. They didn’t abide by their own policy. Buyer beware!

I ordered a HydroTech 100ft expandable hose from Tanga.com. The hose came in a taped up box that was previously open, dirt and leaves were in the box. The end of the hose was broken off completely and there was water dripping from the end of the it. It was obviously used and returned broken. So Tanga decided to throw it back in the box and resell it. They con you in to spending an extra $3 for "checkout+" a so called service for order protection. I obviously sent the broken item back and get refunded minus the $3. How many people they doing this to? I wouldn't purchase a crayon from this place. The stuff they sell is used and broken crap! Stay away from Tanga !

It was at my door in a couple days! I’m really happy with my purchase! Easy to set up, it moves a lot of air around, and when I have it on High it is no louder than a box fan! On low I forget it on until I walk in front of it and feel the air it’s moving
